In general the workflow has been great. We have had the odd issue and need to tweak messaging or skills but the approach has always been proactive and the adjustments have been made quickly and effectively.

We were impressed with the results they delivered.

If anything, having a few more seasoned SDRs in our industry space that have a shallower learning curve would have helped us to scale faster
