I’m the VP of marketing at Argyle. We’re a financial services company that provides direct-source, consumer-permissioned income, employment, and asset verifications. We make it fast and easy to gain secure and reliable access to the most complete real-time datasets stored in consumers’ payroll and bank accounts.

We have fairly tight timelines and goals for the new website launch, so we’ve hired Merge Rocks to help us with the transition and build the new site in Webflow.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Merge Rocks has helped us take design files from Figma and build them in Webflow for our entire website. In addition, they’ve helped us test, launch, and optimize the site. The team has also been our agency for ongoing maintenance and some development work in the past, and we’ll continue to work with them on those tasks.

We’re on track and hitting our development goals for the launch timeline. Once the new website launches, we’ll measure the project's success through site speed, visitor engagement, and more qualitative feedback from our prospects and clients.

The project is heavily focused on no-code development. Merge is building our new customer-facing app and an internal admin panel. The scope is large and includes many features, like user authentication, company and fleet management, a detailed ordering system with a custom US map, Stripe integration for payments, and an admin dashboard for our team. While we came to them for development, they have also been very helpful in refining the platform's design and user experience.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

While the project is still in development, we are very happy with the progress so far. They are building a complex platform for us, and we've been impressed with their development skills. The features and user-friendly design are a huge improvement over our old system.
Even though it's mainly a development project, we also trust their design expertise and appreciate their input. The communication is good, and we're looking forward to launching the finished product soon.

We’ve had a transparent working process: prioritized backlog, milestone demos, and open discussion when scope expanded. They’ve been receptive to feedback and comfortable iterating.

They understood how much white-label flexibility matters in logistics for us because reselling or rebranding core workflow software will let us extend digital tools to customers without rebuilding from scratch.

The collaboration has been going well, and we don't have any areas for improvement to suggest at this stage of the project. Perhaps, not having such a time zone difference would be nice.
