I am the CEO and Cofounder of wemuse app. Wemuse is the first application specifically designed for the process of product selection. Thanks to WeMuse you can quickly and easily share your products and the information you choose with your employees around the world.

Your employees will immediately receive the product photo and information, allowing them to assess it wherever they are. WeMuse allows all of its collaborators to get instant and detailed feedback on their products before launching them, from the very people who know your clients best. Your will receive all the up-to-date statistics and results instantly, on your mobile phone.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mobivery?

We are a team of two cofounder. One has a lot of experience in Retail sector and the other one a Business Developer. We hired Mobivery in order to contract them for developing us all the software (app ad web) related with the idea and the business model that we wanted to launch.

What were your goals for this project?

We were obsessed on having an efficient app for providing our customers an useful app used for internal communication. We would like to have a MVP that allow us to show first customers and leads that the idea was solved by an efficient app.

How did you select this vendor?

At the beginning we were validating different providers. However, asking 3 or 4 startup cofounders that we have in our network, two of them strongly recommend Mobivery for an tailor made software development project.

We did calls in order to explain them briefly our project and we spent two day full-time working with Mobivery team in order to explain them what we want and how we would like to structure the app and options.

After these two full-time working days, we decided a calendar in order to check how they bring us the initial work . We were a lit bit worried at the beggining because we wanted to be sure that they understood the project. We were really surprised because they got the idea perfectly.

What was the team composition?

Initially, they had a project manager, two developers, one UX specialist and two advisors. All of them showed us that they had a lot of experience in their areas.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They developed our app in 4 months. We visited our first potential lead on Dec 2018. We could used a Beta version in this meeting but was enough for show them that the product will give them a lots of improvements in their product selection feedback and internal communications. We convinced them.

We launched the app in Apple store and Google Play on Jan 2019. One week later we signed our first contract with the lead visited on Dec.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between us and Mobivery team was high effective. We worked together using agile methodologies (Trello, slack, etc). We were informed every week regarding to progresses that they have been achieved.

The level of communication from them was high and really professional. On the other hand, when we ask them for changes or extra work that was not approved in the initial project, their answer and Proposal/solution was really good.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

How they understood our idea and mission. I was also really impressed regarding their level of motivation and passion that they put in our project. We consider Mobivery a key partner on the WEMUSE canvas.

Firstly, the main outcome is that we were completely satisfied with the work done and secondly, the final project was able to attract the attention of new partners and investors for the project

Two things in particular:

1. The quality of the work is spectacular, you really realize how professional they are and how well they do their job. 
2. The human quality of the team; they were always attentive and giving advice on how we could improve our product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mobivery could have done differently?

If I could say something, as a constructive criticism, since I am delighted with the work done, I would have liked the final prototype to be more interactive, so that interested people can use it without the need for me to show it to them

I was the CEO at Redy, an app to order in restaurants directly through a mobile app. Currently I am CEO at We, a mobile app to buy online with unique discounts in the best well-known e-commerces.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had worked at Mobivery and that's the way I got to know them and I had first hand experience on the excellent professionals that work for the company. They always hire highly prepared software developers with many years of experience. Moreover, they were the first company in Spain to ever publish an app to the App Store.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

They designed the app from the ground up. I was always involved in the discussion but they were always doing the right questions to guide me on providing the right information. We started with the designs. they have a great designer and their Product Owner guided me through the whole process.

Once they had all the information they needed they created the UI/UX designs and presented them to me. We changed some things with continuos feedback and once everything was clear and I was happy with the proposal the mobile developers started coding it. Their approach is to always develop the app natively. They have excellent Android and iOS developers, very specialized in each platform.

Since the design and behavior was super clear they did the development very quickly. They also helped us with the publication in the App Store and in Google Play. They also created all the back end services using Ruby on Rails.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They created a mobile app for iOS and another for Android, published them in their corresponding official app stores. They created all the back end and the database to service the apps.

They created a landing pages for users to get to know the app and invite them to download it and for restaurants to get to know the service and invite them to contact the sales team. They created a web app for restaurants to manage their menus and the orders. The orders were appearing automatically (no refresh needed) with a web socket. It looked amazing.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They are very direct and their Product Owner guides you through the whole process, making always the right questions to make sure the customer's desires are made reality. The are very transparent and honest. they also help you take sensible decisions, so that you don't end up with a useless app you paid a lot for. They take agile methodologies seriously and encourage their customers to think big but start small and iterate based on the users feedback and changing needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Highly experienced and talented team. They had mind-blowing honesty and transparency during the entire partnership. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not in my case. My satisfaction was full with the project execution.
