Due to the box and mobile application, you don’t have to care about all deliveries, because the whole process is automatic, so it saves you a lot of time and it is way more comfortable. I am a Co-founder of the company.

We needed an animated explainer video. The goal was to introduce new start-up PostCube and our solution to potential customers.

We found Moodive studio online and we really liked their portfolio. So, we decided to contact the company. There was nothing to think about after a consultation, which was professional and we got answers to our questions.

We communicated with an CEO of Moodive. The feedback process was really fast, the team incorporated our comments. But also, they gave us some advices which were valuable for us.

Their communication and how they approached our project are impressive.– we discussed everything step by step. At individual points in the process, they were interested in our opinion and they cared about the result to be really good and cared about our satisfaction, too.

A woman sees a blazer on TV and wants to buy it. She is shown the brand and where she can buy it directly via AR. She then uses an air taxi to get to the store and buys the blazer. Afterwards, the blazer is sent to her, including personalised advertising tailored to her needs.

Various milestones were defined and simple consultations reviewed and implemented. In the process, we transmitted our client's feedback to the provider. This process was very pleasant and fast

As part of the workshop, the participants gave positive feedback on the video and clarified the challenges for the future or the cooperation with the media house

Communication was by phone, email and Whatsapp, so we were able to react very quickly to changes and requirements.

The calm and understanding nature of the provider. We really like the solution-oriented work - there is no such thing as impossible.

I worked with Thomas. Great person, great communication skills, always on the same page with the project. Very flexible and positive. I hope we can get the chance to work again in the future.

The feedback on the video received is amazing. The feedback came from people within the marketing and advertising section. We will see how it will devliver when we put it on the market.

We used sketchboard for presentations and Fiverr for communication and google meets for the meetings.

I don't think that I can propose a change at the moment. They've been spot on with everything.

To create an engaging animated video that could be displayed on their website and social media. The goal was to clearly convey their unique service in a simple minute long video that would be fun to watch and easy to understand.

The process started with a submission of all client assets, proposed script and mandatory expectations I had of the video. From there, we communicated almost daily, reviewing script suggestions, storyboards, voice recordings, sketches and the full animation.

Tomas would clearly communicate the next phase of the process and what I should expect with the next revision. He would provide his feedback when applicable and work with me on revisions that I requested.

They were very effective. We communicated almost daily.

Their project management and communication skills and their ability to take my vision (with little background on the client) and bring my goal for the client to life!

Are there any areas for improvement?

There were a few instances where I asked a question and didn't receive a response to all questions asked. I also think it would've been beneficial to have a better understanding of the revision process since it seems that you'll have multiple revisions available throughout the process.

Example, I was told that the voice over actor did not allow for revisions (after only hearing the actor read the script one time). Tomas made an exception and had it revised, but I found that strange not having an option to request at least a revision or two.

We are convinced that a picture is worth a thousands words and because of that, we believe that a product video is the best way to spark the interest of prospective clients.

Since we are a small startup with no expertise in video production we were looking for someone who can create a captivating animation about our products and services.

We wanted short (15 sec) and long (75 sec) animated product videos, which we were intending to use for an online marketing campaign as well as on our website.

We stayed in touch with the Moodive team throughout the whole project. As a medium, we used WhatsApp, Zoom, and Google Docs. Tomáš was sending frequent updates and was open to feedback and suggestions for improvement.

The video script and the visuals were shared in Dropbox and a Google Docs file and all people involved had an opportunity to write comments about what they liked and where they saw potential for improvement.

Our goal were to offer clients something extra, maximize their results, which we succeed in thanks to video marketing. We also start working on our own marketing campaign, video weekly news, etc. which is strongly supported from the Moodive.

Tomas start works for us as a freelance animation specialist and account manager responsible for all of our animation outputs, and we were very satisfied with his communication skills and outputs. It was two years ago, now the Moodive Studio has a great team of professional illustrators and animators and their work and especially communication is awesome.

It depends on each project. When we making some short videos for social network ads, we give guys our graphic materials and they animate it. On the other side, when we need some explainer, presentation video or we plan to run a big video campaign we just give some brief from the client and guys from Moodive studio make everything else - from the scenario, illustrations to the final animation with voice-over.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

As I wrote great, their communication is fantastic, and there is nothing that can't be fixed. When Moodive makes some projects from scratch they have a great production process with a lot of steps and after each of these steps we can give them feedback and they don't continue to the next step of the product if we are not satisfied with the actual step.

We had some projects where we need a very fast turnaround so Tomas offered us the opportunity to rent an animator full time to handle this project. The animator was available almost 24/7 for us and he came a few times a week to our office where we can work directly at the feedbacks.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We always start with the meeting call, where Tomas introduces us to the team which will be working on this project. Thanks to our long-term partnership we know each other well so communication is as smooth as possible. We work a lot on some small video animations, stories for our client. So it works on a daily basis.

We have one shared drive with Moodive where we give them all materials and they put all outputs here. I don't think there has been a situation where we haven't met the deadline, and thanks to that the cooperation with them is better than have our own animator because sometimes we don't need them, sometimes we need 1 animator or full team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I think that the cost/value ratio and their communication. There is nothing that the guys cannot handle and they always try to fit our budget and expectations. We have some project also with a different studio like Mynd, where the communication was very rough and slow and the production time was double than with Moodive, the second video for the same client we made with the Moodive we produced the final 120-sec video for just 3 weeks - better than 6-7 with Mynd.
