It's a small company with a very personal feel. I was intimidated by the initial project, but NL Softworks took care of absolutely everything. They put me at ease and delivered exactly what they promised.

I had a challenging website design that required a lot of custom code. w

I'm always confused by the monthly fee/pricing structure. I assumed the monthly fee included a few hours of service; however, it gets you a discount on their hourly rate. In a perfect world, it would be great to be billed one monthly payment based on the number of hours needed for website maintenance. Other than that, the team goes the extra mile.

NL Softworks built my website based off of existing branding and colors. They expertly built, integrated various links and apps for user experience and built in SEO.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I used NL Softworks based off of a recommendation from a friend who has also used them to build and maintain their website.

Building a website from the ground up, helping with the layout of every page and paragraph. They offered expert advice when suggestions where things should live. They are still very quick to respond to requests, updates and changes.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with their SEO person as well as someone who handles smaller requests. Both were fantastic, very quick to respond and asked helpful questions to get the best result as possible.

We have good google traction, a lot of customers find us through google and our website is easy to navigate with online booking and information sharing as well as capturing email addresses.

Initially we discussed moving the existing site over from Wix with minor tweaks, but subsequently I appoarched NL Softworks for complete redesign because I had subsequently rebranded and needed a complete redo. Our redesign project is ongoing.

The project is ongoing to I can't quite speak to the outcomes yet.

We communicate predominantly via e-mail and google meet. I like their sense of urgency and quick turnaround times.

I like the communication style and the turnaround times which matches my own work style. I do appreciate that NL Softworks listens to the client but also makes helpful design suggestions which really makes them the expert in what they do!
