After selecting the platform, the full setup, including company configuration, user access, and practical workflows for jobs, estimates, and invoicing were completed .mobile time tracking, job photo uploads, and document organization for on-site us was configured.A key part of the engagement was hands-on training for Truststone team, walking them through real scenarios so they could confidently use the system and manage it independently going forward.We also hold semi-annual review meetings to ensure the system continues to operate effectively and to address any questions or concerns.
