The measurable outcomes from our project with OneEach Technologies have included a significant improvement in website performance, accessibility, and search visibility. Following the rebuild, we’ve seen higher user engagement metrics such as increased page views, longer average session duration, and reduced bounce rates. 
Our SEO rankings have improved across key community-related search terms, helping us reach a broader audience and drive more visitors to our partner and campaign pages. Additionally, the streamlined CMS has allowed our internal team to update pages more efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate communication with the community.

Following our website redevelopment project with OneEach Technologies, we’ve observed measurable improvements in digital engagement. From May–October 2025, our Google Business Profile recorded 7,928 total views, with the majority of users discovering us through Google Search on mobile (68%)—a strong indicator of improved SEO visibility and mobile performance. 
During this same period, our website received 1,768 direct clicks from our Business Profile, showing an increase in user interest and conversion from search to site engagement. These metrics demonstrate stronger community reach, improved accessibility, and a more user-friendly digital presence aligned with the United Way Worldwide brand refresh.

The new CMS implemented by OneEach Technologies has resulted in notable internal efficiency improvements. Our team has experienced a reduction in time spent on content updates, as pages can now be edited and published directly within a streamlined interface rather than through complex manual coding or external support. 
Technical issues, such as broken links or formatting errors, have decreased significantly, allowing staff to focus more on program and campaign initiatives rather than website maintenance. Overall, the system has enabled faster turnaround on updates, more consistent content presentation, and greater operational autonomy for our communications team.

OneEach Technologies has been our Website provider for many years. Using the Drupal platform, they have helped create a brand-compliant, easy-to-use website for United Way Monterey County. Throughout the years, they have facilitated updates to different versions of Drupal, including updated themes and designs approved by United Way Worldwide. The staff have always been quick to respond to questions or requests and are always up for helping find solutions and creating the tools we need for a functional website.

We have worked on a few different projects within our website. 

We are currently updating our theme and cleaning up old pages and media files. OneEach has been great at providing the information we need, troubleshooting ways to best build a more user friends website, and providing training to build skills in using some tools such as the form building and the library module.

OneEach has always been great at providing prompt and thorough responses and feedback to our requests. Their project management tool makes it easy to communicate with them and share videos and images to better explain any questions or issues. 

However, I assume that workloads are VERY full because of UWW Rebranding. It has caused our launch to be pushed back due to some deadlines not being met. The monthly webinars are amazing and I always come away learning something.

I appreciated OneEach Technologies' commitment to working with nonprofit organizations. They work with many other United Way's. It helps that they have a relationship with United Way Worldwide in that we know we will have a cohesive, branded look with many other United Ways.

Are there any areas for improvement or something OneEach Technologies could have done differently?

I know that Drupal is an incredible tool and that really anything can be created or built with enough time and resources. I hope that OneEach continues to create and build modules to roll out. I also know that Drupal is launching a CMS platform to compete with WordPress/Siteground/Wix, etc... I hope that OneEach will consider adopting this as an option for those clients who have enough of a website background to take more of a lead on the backend and creation of a website.

Outside of ongoing work and support for United Way of Siouxland with our website (the relationship between OneEach and United Way of Siouxland was already established prior to my date of hire in October of 2021), the most recent project I would have been associated with OneEach Technologies was regarding the creation and implentation of a pair of webforms on our website for a fundraising event for Le Mars United Way. Le Mars United Way is administered through United Way of Siouxland as a community partnership, with staff working in both groups. 

The webforms were created internally at United Way of Siouxland, based on designs provided by Chrissy, our Account Manager, and OneEach Technologies. The webforms were created for both individuals that were needing to pay for the event through a standard check, with another created for those needing to pay with a credit card/debit card. That particular method required use of Stripe, which I needed assistance from with OneEach. 

Previously through online instruction with OneEach, myself and other businesses/organizations that use OneEach were shown how to create these types of forms, and what information OneEach would need to help finalize the forms on the backend, particularly through Stripe. 

When I had initially created the webforms, I needed additional assistance from Chrissy and staff at OneEach, in this instance coming from Jeff, a Technical Support with OneEach. The support I needed was regarding the Stripe version of the webform, as I was having issues with it properly sending, and would need it configured with Stripe.

On June 2, I booked a meeting with Chrissy to go over the issues I was running into. Following the meeting, I submitted a ticket for the project to OneEach. Jeff responded that day with a request for additional information. After additional correspondence, the project was completed the following day on June 3.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcomes for our webform project at United Way of Siouxland was the time element involved, as well as submissions of the webform from individuals. 

The event that the webforms are intended for is for a campaign fundraising event. Registrations for the event had begun and last through August 22. The measurable outcome we needed began with the timeliness of the event. Given that registrations had officially begun, with the Stripe configuration on one of the webforms, we needed that to be ready for use as soon as possible.

Given that I had submitted the ticket for the project on June 2, with the project completed the following day, the timeframe was perfect for us and was the absolute intended outcome in that regard. Since the completion of the project, we have had several groups submit their registrations for the event, which would not have been possible without Chrissy, Jeff, and staff at OneEach. 

There will be an alteration we will need to make to the Stripe-configured form at the end of July with regards to a pricing change for the event (the current price for a team is $360, with that switiching to $400 starting August 1). But given the increadibly quick turnaround from the projects inception, it is safe to say the chnage should only take a day if not hours when the time comes around.

OneEach's project management, particulary my contacts of Chrissy and Jeff, were impeccable. I have worked with Chrissy and Jeff with several projects on United Way of Siouxland's website since I began working here nearly 4 years ago. And every time I have been thoruoughly satisfied with their work, dedication, professionalism, and quick response to any questions, concerns, or issues I have had. 

During this project Chrissy and I both met through Zoom regarding the project, along with correspondence through email. She continually checked in with me during the timeframe of the project, seeing how everything was coming along once the ticket was put in, and if I was running into any issues. She has also routinuely done this during my time at United Way of Siouxland, and it has been incredibly welcome on my part. It shows true dedication on her part to her clients and her work. 

For this project Jeff and I communicated through email and just like Chrissy, was continually communicating with me what he needed from me, along with letting me know what was going on through with the process. In the past I have also done Zoom meetings with Jeff to go over projects. Just like Chirssy, Jeff's response to myself and our projects has always been incredibly timely and effective, and shows his tremendous dedication to the clients and his work.

Our United Way has been a OneEach customer for over 14 years. This year, OneEach Technologies worked with United Way staff over the course of five months to create a better website experience for our clients and community members and a better platform for donations usign the webforms tool on our website.

1. Online event registration: worked with staff to set up all of our annual events and donation pages. We have six annual events/fundraisers, each with unique registration requirements. One of our events needed three different webforms.  Allyson helped designand improve our webpages and made making a donation or paying for an event much easier for consumers. We are a staff of two and having OneEach take the time with us has been invaluable.
2. Because our events are held annually, they only need small edits by staff next year. This saves a significant amount of staff time.
3. OneEach worked with staff to set up a new payment processor for online donations. This allowed our non-profit to ask donors to help cover the cost of the credit card processing fees. This has made a significant difference in our profit margin.
4. OneEach trained staff on how to use the new platform and is available whenever we need them or just have questions. Appointments are easy to schedule.

We also had a lengthy, complex paper form that we used for our financial assistance program, and getting it into a digital format seemed like a daunting task to us. But Christina worked her magic and created a form that was exactly what we were looking for. The digital form is helping us break down barriers to help provide financial assistance to more people in our community. We could not have done it without their help!
