Please describe your organization.

It’s a pet relocation service for international and domestic moves. We’ve been doing this since 2002 for families around the United States.

What is your role and responsibilities?

I’m the owner and president.

What was your goal for working with OneIMS?

We want an attractive and informative and up-to-date website that our clients can use. That’s 99 percent of our marketing. They contact us through our website or through our partners that we work with.

Please describe the scope of their work.

They do all our online marketing and take care of the website and social media. We did have them manage our Google Ads and PPC [pay per click], but we discontinued it for now. They also provided us with print material – cards and brochures. 

What was your process for selecting OneIMS with which to work?

I did an online search. I saw their name come up frequently. 

Can you give a sense of the size of the initiative in dollar terms or a personnel work-hour figure?

It was less than $10,000.

When was the work completed?

It’s completed. Eventually, I will contact them to do some revisions and update the website. They are not continuing any marketing right now. We’re trying to move more slowly.

Do you have any statistics or metrics to track improvement from the project?

I can tell by the comments that we got from our customers that they were very happy with our website. I don’t have any numbers.

Are you satisfied with their performance?

Yes. It was always me that was behind in getting them information. They were timely and on top of things.

Is there anything unique or special about OneIMS that really makes them stand out compared to other business partners?

They’re very detail oriented, timely and great communicators.

Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you think they could improve upon or that you might do differently?

I know they have more services I could use, but I haven’t looked into them. They’re doing a good job. They are small compared to other companies, but they act like a big company.

Please describe your organization.

We make polymer flooring that is fluid applied flooring. Some people call it epoxy flooring, but there are many different resins. We're in commercial, industrial, and institutional markets, and the company is close to 65 years old. We manufacture in Chicago. We cover nationwide reps and installers and in the U.K., Mexico, and other parts of the world.

What is your role and responsibilities?

We're still a small company, so I have a couple jobs. I deal with online marketing and general marketing and support to the reps in some cases and national accounts in some cases.

What was your goal for working with OneIMS?

We had a website, but we had no SEO [search engine optimization] there because we convinced ourselves that what we had seen from SEO people wasn't worth it. We decided not to do any SEO because we did not understand that that was going to get us further behind.

Please describe the scope of their work.

They do PPC [pay-per-click], social media marketing, copywriting, and blog post generation. We work closely with them. They're like a second office for us. They do further optimization of existing pages and monitoring and growing the keyword list and then constantly analyzing. I handle email marketing internally. We do some direct mail marketing, too, and I handle that. 

What was your process for selecting OneIMS with which to work?

We had tried probably three or four different solutions working with different consultants and SEO gurus. When we found OneIMS and interviewed them in our office, we felt an instant connection with the team. 

We wanted somebody who was in the Chicago area so, if we needed to, we could have them available to have them visit our office and could see exactly what they were about. That was one of our concerns because we had had remote people in the past that didn't perform. We brought in three different companies and interviewed them. It was shocking to see the difference in what people put forth as far as what they thought would work for a company like ours and how prepared they were for the initial meeting or not. OneIMS just impressed us.

It was from $50,000 to $200,000

When was the work completed?

It's ongoing work. We made a voluntary commitment with them for many years.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Do you have any statistics or metrics to track improvement from the project?

They have brought us from zero inbound marketing through our website to beating all of our competition in terms of keyword searches and website traffic and just about every metric you can imagine. 

Their work transformed everything in terms of lead generation. I keep track of things on Google analytics. I can see everything continuing to rise in terms of visitors, time on the site, the targeting, and the volume. Plus our sales are through the roof. We have a lot of reps that we need to supply with leads, and we are able to facilitate that with the help of OneIMS.

Are you satisfied with their performance?

We couldn't be happier with OneIMS.

Is there anything unique or special about OneIMS that really makes them stand out compared to other business partners?

They're really dedicated and trustworthy, which is not the case in that industry. They report regularly. They're very responsive. The crew is really intelligent. The work gets done efficiently and quickly. They're good at reporting. If you want more transparency or you want to see something, they'll show it to you. 

Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you think they could improve upon or that you might do differently?

No. Everybody's human and we have a very complicated website. We couldn't do what we're doing without OneIMS.
