The project is extensive, as we own and manage over 150 properties between enclosed malls, open shopping centers and office buildings across the nation. 99% of the portfolio is retail and each mall needed to have a strong presence on line and branding that can really show what we are and we do. Consumers' expectations are at the highest level especially when it comes to brick and mortar, so attention to details on the websites was of the essence.

What was the team composition?

The entire staff works as clockwork and each individual knew when to take over and what to do. Everyone was orchestrated very professionally by the owner.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Best experience, professionalism and speed assured outstanding performance and meeting of deadlines. It started when was supposed to start and ended in the same great manner.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Unbelievably effective. Communication and work flow was so quick and precise that even the most complicated tasks felt very easy and pleasurable.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The owner and the employees are unbelievably knowledgeable and professional. The harmony in this company is outstanding and it reflects on their client in such a positive way. The communication skills and ability to execute and handle any type of work is unprecedented. The owner is always on the front line and available, while beautifully orchestrating a highly trained team. Plus972 is so versatile and capable that can really bring any of their customers to the pick of their success due to their skills and knowledge of the market. Very difficult and most likely impossible to find such companies nowadays.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Honestly, no. Even if they are extremely busy, their time management is so efficient that we felt like we were the only customers.

I don't have access to most of the data but management was pleased with the results

Everything was managed via CRM system and weekly meetings. Process was good and team was punctual

They were able to understand our needs and our specific audience faster and more effectively than others.

At the time the office was quite small and the team was restricted to 6 people. Today the company is more developed and not sure if there is still a shortage of people

SEVEN50 was founded in 2015 by Jeffrey Loloi, an Italian native born and raised in the beautiful city of Milan. Jeffrey started his jewelry company with a desire to create pieces with a taste in art, design and beauty for today’s every day, modern consumer. Currently SEVEN50 now resides in New York. This past year, SEVEN50 has extended their managing list of bloggers and celebrities enormously as we pride ourselves in superior, jewelry design and personalization.

Web design E-commerce Campaign design and Social media. As SEVEN50 began to quickly grow, innovative designer Jeffrey saw an opportunity to grow his business further and had a new approach on how to create and sell his jewelry. He realized that different target markets and trends exist in a vast range of up-to-date consumers, and what better way to capture these differences than through the use of different jewelry lines and social media.

By expanding into a managing firm, Jeffrey started his different lines by designing jewelry with public figures, celebrities, and fashion bloggers. SEVEN50 meets with each figure and collaborates with him to create jewelry which resonates with him based off of personal experiences, interests and tastes. Once sketches are finalized, SEVEN50 launches the exclusive line and markets through the use of social media, our company website, and the figure’s own personal website.

Since their involvement we increase the sales and client engagement. We saw better quality traffic and more engagement with our content on social media

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Considering that they are very a child agency communication was fluid. We believe that their remote approach is a winner in today's competitive market for agencies

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The Company is so agile and versatile that would turn around revisions very efficiently and the process was so easy. It was remarkable to see how easily and how fast did that with the turnaround revisions based on our feedback. Being an international company weave on you quick turnaround times, and definitely we commend them for that

Improvements - we feel that at times there where it leave it to demanding in terms of feedback and then ask too many questions.

My team looked into web designers, which there are a plethora of on the internet, and eventually we found this company. We reached out to them and they quickly responded back. Their enthusiasm to start on the project and get results made us choose them as we needed a web design as soon as possible.

We held many meetings with the design team at Plus972 in order to convey our general idea of what we wanted and within two weeks we had multiple sketches to choose from of various designs.

There are a main contact point for the project, but I know there were multiple developers working on this project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since we launched the website, we have seen more traffic on our website compared to old one.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was easy to communicate between both teams, which made it easy to schedule meetings in order for both teams to understand where we were in terms of progress in the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They had an expansive knowledge of web design. They knew many different ways they could make the interface more user-friendly, they made it easy to understand what they were doing for someone who had no web design experience.

I have no complaints about their efficiency or their quality of work, I truly believe they gave me the best product I could have asked for.
