Better Google Ads management. Company should monitor their work performance on ongoing basis and quickly SELF identify problems and mistakes and fix problems without waiting for client to identify those problems at the end of the reporting cycle.

We expect company to self check and take responsibility for projections made and actually commit to deliver on projected results. Instead company failed to reach both targets, one of the targets was missed by 4X. The biggest problem was team in charge acted as there was no problem and we missed important season for us, as this was time sensitive project. Their team lacked necessary skills and mindset to do the job well.

Thanks to Promodo’s work, we saw improvements in our Google Analytics and the number of visitors to our website. However, we had to pause the project due to a personal situation, and it’s still too early to evaluate the metrics.

We added them to our internal team’s Slack, which we used to communicate. We also used Google Sheets for project management. Promodo was always available, so their project management was good overall.

I had worked with another team that wasn’t as professional as Promodo and charged the same. The previous team provided less information and had poor communication with the project manager. Meanwhile, Promodo was outstanding professionally and in terms of their communication skills.

Promodo started b taking charge of 3 of our accounts in Google Ads. The goal was to decrease the CPA and increase the number of conversions, which consisted of building the keyword list, building new campaigns, and managing the performance. We started to see first results in a month or so, after campaigns passed the learning stage.

From December we started to see the desired goals of CPA and number of conversions compared to previous months before Promodo arrived. Since that Promodo showed sustainable results in managing the accounts, proposing new options like API to align campaigns with our job openings.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Promodo does all kinds of digital marketing, including Google Ads, PPC, social media, and SEO. We initially met with the team to review what we needed and how to get it done. We did a lot of PPC before, so we already had an account, keywords, and active campaigns. Promodo has optimized everything to make it work better. They manage the promotions and post regularly on Facebook and Instagram.

Moreover, we’ve worked closely with Promodo to attract our customer base. We focus on low-credit customers, and our marketing strategy capitalizes on those who are on the market to purchase a vehicle. They’ve gone over the keywords to gain traction with our customers and slightly modified the website. Additionally, they do monthly blogs. They send the articles, we go over them to give them our approval, and they post them.

We’ve seen a 5%–10% increase in sales and an increase across the board in our position on our keywords. We wouldn’t attribute new followers to their efforts, but conversions and sales are thanks to Promodo.

Project management is good. For communication, we have a group chat on WhatsApp with everyone. If we have any issues, we can go in there and get a response from the right person. We also have four monthly phone calls with them and regular emails if we need to get anything else across.
