The scope of work was a 4-hour product phography shoot. There was a series of individual product shots as well as lifestyle shots. The key deliverable was a collection of high quality, professional product photos.

The project was delivered on time. Carrington responded quickly and thoughtfully to all my needs and questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Carrington is a true professional. She took the time to provide an in-depth consultation before the photoshoot, and she was flexible and highly attuned to my needs. During the photoshoot she provided expert guidance and artistic direction. She also went above and beyond during the editing process, to make sure that each shot was in line with my final vision. I highly recommend Propsect Street Studio for anyone looking for professional photography!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The key for our project and goals was to find a vendor that could capture our brand and communicate this through images.  Carrington was expeditious in her ability to commuicate on our level.  Example, I am image oriented versus dialogue.  Carrington would map a story board to help me create clarity in what I wanted and what she was going to product.  
Carrington was timely, but most of all, very patient.  She recognizes each client is different in methodology in understanding and works to find the best way to communicate and understand the deliverables.

Again, Carrington communicated through virtual meetings and text.  She was timely in responding as well as understanding if we need changes.  She is very task and goal driven and ensures she is delivering on expectations which she exceeded.

Her ability to want to know us.  She wanted to us and the brand.  She asked detailed questions to ensure she captured what we were looking for.  This process took almost an hour.  She wanted to make sure she was the right person for the job and wanted us to feel good about hiring her.

Not really.  As mentioned, she was timely in deliverables and laid out timelines on when things would be completed.  If things took longer than expected or a situation arose, she comunicated this to us.

I consulted with Carrington to create product and lifestyle imagery for my new brand. We agreed upon 8 product shots on white background, 3 angles each. And 8 lifestyle shots. Carrington met with me virtually beforehand so we could align on look/feel and inspiration imagery. Everything she promised, she delivered on with professionalism.

During this project, Prospect Street Studios walked me through a brand identity session where she ensured I was able the right questions about my services and industry as a whole. We then developed website copy to align with the brand identity. She provided me with multiple design options for the website, explaining in detail the purpose behind every element, placement and color.

Her knowledge on website design and copy is incredible. She has a fantastic communication style, and is an excellent teacher. I learned a ton about website design, and my own business as we went through her process.
