Redefine Web took on a comprehensive rebuild of our web presence from the ground up. On the design and development side, they restructured the site architecture to make it easier for patients to find service information quickly, rebuilt key pages including our homepage, service pages, and contact flow, and significantly improved the mobile experience — which is where a large portion of our patient traffic comes from.

The SEO engagement covered both on-page and local search optimization. They audited and rewrote page content to target the search terms our patients were actually using, optimized our Google Business Profile, and built out a local SEO strategy suited to a multi-service clinic. Alongside that, they set up and managed PPC campaigns designed to capture high-intent patient searches — particularly for new patients seeking chiropractic and physical therapy services in our area.

The site was also migrated to their managed hosting environment, which provided better load times, improved security, and removed the maintenance burden from our team. Throughout the engagement, all five service areas were coordinated together rather than treated as separate workstreams, which kept the messaging and technical setup consistent across channels.

The results were meaningful across multiple areas. Our search visibility improved noticeably for local chiropractic and physical therapy terms, and we started seeing a higher volume of organic traffic from patients in our service area. The quality of inbound inquiries also improved — people arriving at the site were better informed about our services before reaching out, which made the conversion process more efficient.
