We were so impressed with the User Feedback work the REEA Global team performed for us back in Fall 2022 that we engaged them to handle one aspect of a multi-faceted user feedback research program this Spring. The REEA team facilitated focus groups with self-selected users of our digital platform. 

Over 5 sessions scheduled for the convenience of the participants, they were able to ascertain a wealth of invaluable information and actually recommended that we end the recruitment early despite not having met our desired numbers because the data was so robust. From receiving culled recordings of the sessions that aligned with each of the summary themes presented to receiving a by-theme recommendation list and a 90-min presentation of findings and recommendations, my entire company including our CEO found Zeila and the REEA’s team work exceptional. 

On a personal note, I’ve worked with a lot of tech companies over the years, and it is rare to find someone like Zeila who is so open to feedback and so willing to adjust to meet and exceed our expectations. After this second time of working with REEA Global, I reaffirm the original recommendation and enthusiastically recommend them for all of your user feedback needs.

Project management was exceptional. The project plan was laid out in Confluence where I could provide feedback and update the plan as need be. Deliverables were provided on time, despite difficult circumstances and recruitment delays.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We engaged the REEA User Experience team to do both a micro study as well as a full-blown, multi-phased qualitative user experience project for us relative to the legacy version of our HR tech product, Latch. The micro study was somewhat experimental for us as our team was fairly new to the application of user experience research to a digital product.

We found out quickly from the micro study that this type of analysis could be HUGELY helpful in confirming (or not) our assumptions about what our users wanted and needed while also highlighting areas for improvement where we could get quick wins. The value of the micro study was so apparent that we elected to engage the REEA team in a larger effort to survey both current users of the platform as well as objective, third-party users.

The REEA team acted as our partner from the beginning, working with us to scope out the project, suggest ways to stay within budget and still accomplish the goals of the project and recruit and secure third-party participants. We were kept abreast of the progress and hours throughout the duration of the project, and any impact on the timeline was discussed and proactively mitigated as much as possible.

The end result was a robust, detailed presentation that included real participant feedback to illustrate the points made and recommendations generated. Our entire team, including our executive leadership, found this to be an incredibly valuable investment that allowed us to change a few things, even mid-build to ensure the next version release of our product was as user-friendly as possible.

It was a pleasure working with Zeila and the REEA team on this effort, and we would highly recommend any organization with a digital product seriously consider user experience research as a foundational need when building and updating their product.

We have been working with Reea Global for more than three years. They stepped in as the development team for our edtech product when we needed to move from a smaller to a larger software development team. Reea Global’s team has provided excellent service and demonstrated vast expertise. They have helped us with all three of our websites, provided graphic design with wire frames for new product features, and examined our security measures.

We partnered with them to meet school and district rostering challenges for new customers while improving our edtech games. It has been a pleasure to work alongside their experienced frontend and backend developers as a team to meet our product goals. Reea Global delivers projects on time. We use 2-week and 4-week sprints and partner with them to manage the JIRA board. They respond to our needs quickly and bring in support from their many teams to help us meet our goals and timelines.

They understand what it takes to grow and sustain a technology company. We feel the support on all levels -- from the support desk to product design, to our C-level team. They have smart, friendly people working directly with us to maintain and improve our product. They have a deep technology staff that can handle all aspects of our technology needs. They are responsive and approachable on all levels. Our weekly stand up meetings are a joy to attend.

Reea Global is constantly re-evaluating how they can best help us with our product designs and app. Their service is always excellent!

We needed a prototypical dashboard that could be described as functional to have the aesthetic appeal to put in front of customers and show to venture capital firms.

We heard of REAA and their premier development quality through Nashville based startup ecosystems.

The scope of work was to have simple visualizations for an endpoint management platform, being user management, aggregation of data in the form of landing page charts.

They added additional features such collapsing sidebard. The added a user login tab. They added a chart on the landing page displaying threats per month to convey value.

We met at least once a week for progress updates, and communicated through slack between developers for when more technical conversations were needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They would rapidly develop multiple visualizations to help us figure out what would look the best. Most importantly, they quickly got up to speed with development of our dashboard. Lastly, the dashboard the dashboard is now in a state to put in front of customers and show to venture capital firms. They easily saved us at least 6 months of development if we did it oursleves.

No, they did an excellent job.

We needed support building a new mobile app bundle and functionality for our platform rebuild.

What was the scope of their involvement?

With the new Wealth Access UX, we needed to develop a mobile version to support iOS and Android. REEA Global built the new mobile app bundle based on our requirements and app-specific dependent features, such as biometrics. The team created the entire hybrid mobile app.

REEA Global completed the mobile app, and it was accepted into the Apple and Google app stores. The app was functional and met our design needs.
