The scope covered the full digital identity of DIYĀFA as a new brand. Relish started with brand identity — logo, color palette, typography, all crafted for a luxury positioning. Then came the website, built bilingual in Arabic and English, with a minimalist aesthetic designed specifically for a premium B2B audience in the aviation and hospitality sectors. The design had to communicate quality at a glance — this wasn't a general-purpose website. They also built a custom CMS so our team could update content and product listings without touching any code, and connected the whole thing to a CRM with a quotation generation tool so business inquiries could go from the website into our sales pipeline automatically.

The project had two clear phases. First was the redesign — they overhauled the website's visual identity, improved the navigation and product pages, and rewrote product descriptions to be SEO-optimised and more compelling. The second phase was marketing — SEO, Google Ads, and email campaigns including abandoned cart recovery flows. Throughout, they were testing and iterating based on results. The biggest single change came when they identified that our product images were hurting conversions — they used AI-enhanced imagery to completely redo the product visuals, and that single change made a more dramatic impact on sales than anything else we'd done.
