Reporter Outreach did a mix of Digital PR, which got our brand featured in relevant media outlets with links to our home page, and then they also did link insertion, so we could get some specific keywords as our anchor text, which helped some of our blog posts to rank much higher.

On the link-building side, they got us featured in over 150 publications related to weight loss, plastic surgery, dermatology, and more. Some of the highlights include Men's Health, Forbes, Glam, Healthline, and Romper. Over the course of our engagement, our organic traffic increased by 174%, and our keyword positions improved significantly, bringing a lot of our content from page 4 or 5 to page 1 in Google. This was a result of link building, a new keyword strategy, on-site content optimization, and fixing technical issues on the site.

We started off using their link insertion service. Since we are a SaaS/Technology company, they were able to find a lot of great link opportunities for us using their connections. Once our initial package of 20 link insertions were completed, we decided to give their HARO service at try. That also proved to be successful, so for our next package, we did a mix of link insertions and HARO.

In total so far, 40 link insertions have been delivered. These were in relevant articles, and we were able to get specific anchor text pointing to pages on our site that we wanted to rank higher. For HARO, we've had 42 links delivered so far on some huge sites like Fast Company, Spectrum, American Express, and more. These were branded anchor text links pointing to our home page.

Their team is always very quick to respond to my emails. We've had several strategy calls as well as our priorities shift, and communication was seamless and direct.

Their quality of writing definitely stands out from the pack. We've tried HARO in the past with other service providers, and were not impressed. It's apparent that the team at Reporter Outreach does intensive research to truly understand what they're writing about, and then delivers that research in an easily digestible way. I think that's the difference between getting featured on average publications and getting featured on sites like Fast Company. 

Their link insertion service is also much better than companies we've used in the past. They allowed us to review and approve all of the link insertions before they were made live. And the sites they have relationships are high quality sites, not lower tier sites that just exist for the purpose of giving out links. A few examples include Monday.com and BigCommerce.com.

As the CEO and a mental health specialist, I worked directly with the team at Reporter Outreach. I worked with Mary (copywriter) and Brandon (owner) as they created content to pitch to reporters. Every day, they would send me content to review.

There wasn't much work to do on my end, as their content was very well researched - I just reviewed everything for accuracy and would occasionally make some minor edits. From there, they would submit the content to reporters while fully managing the email inbox for any follow-up questions from reporters.

• To date, Reporter Outreach has gotten 74 articles published. We've seen an uptick in our Domain Rating - we began at 11, and we're now at 31. We also saw a huge increase in traffic - about an 800% increase from September '22 until now.

Reporter Outreach was great about sending me media opportunities to review on a daily basis. Any time I had a question about something, they always responded to me the same business day.

After working with a couple of PR firms in the past, the best part is I'm not paying a huge monthly retainer with no promise of deliverables. The pricing structure is very clear and transparent with Reporter Outreach, and we're only paying for results, a.k.a. published articles with a link pointing back to our site.

Another bonus is that we don't have to pay for articles that are published without a link to our site. Essentially free PR for those kinds of articles. A traditional PR firm would definitely charge money for that. I like that they are just as focused on SEO (earning backlinks) as they are on PR.

Since the beginning of January, we've seen our organic traffic increase by 300%.
