Ron handled our marketing website development.

What were your goals for this project?

Set up the site and ensure content was editable via wordpress.

We ran an evaluation process via Upwork, and thought Ron's timelines, method and process were aligned best with our goals.

Ron set up our website, built out all the pages, and ensured that they were tied to sections in the Wordpress back-end so we can edit content. Also, whenever we have a new webpage, he's able to build that out quickly.

What was the team composition?

Ron, myself, a designer and content marketer. So 4 total.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website has been fantastic so far! We also have grown extremely quickly since it was built, and haven't experienced any scaling issues, even when doing large PR events. He's also able to spin up new pages extremely quickly with accurate timelines, no matter how customized the page may be.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Really strong, we manage primarily through email, but timelines are almost always accurate. They're also quick responding to issues or bugs if they come up.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The response times, timelines and delivery are on point. They also develop in a way where we have a good amount of control over the content of our website, and can update at any time without needing developer help.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Right now the primary communication channel is email. Would be nice to have alternate communication channels like slack set up.

We help individuals learn more about fertility and fertility financing. I'm the CTO.

What challenge were you trying to address with Presshive?

We hired them to help us with WordPress development for our current platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They partially redesigned the entire site, and they implemented landing pages and did a security and performance audit. We provided wireframes, and they added video content. Previously, the entire site was fairly flat and static, and they created a live video banner. We added testimonial videos, and they're currently working on a blog. They remedied all the issues they found, and our partnership was fairly comprehensive.

What is the team composition?

I work directly with one individual, but I'm not sure how many people work in the background.

How did you come to work with Presshive?

I found them through Upwork. They're a U.S. company, which was a critical consideration for us. They're also in a similar time zone, and their reviews showed they had the expertise we needed.

How much have you invested with them?

We started working with them in October 2019. The project is ongoing.

What is the status of this engagement?

Right now, we've spent close to $5,000. I assume that number will be above $10,000 in a few months.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Most importantly, they really understand web development. I'm impressed by their understanding of the requirements. They deliver exactly what we need, and they translate our specifications in meaningful ways that reduce overhead. I'm very happy with the progress they've made so far.

How did Presshive perform from a project management standpoint?

They're excellent project managers, and their response times are ridiculously good. They're really exceptional. I rarely give reviews, but Presshive responds in real time, and they go above and beyond to solve problems. Most of our conversations are through phone and email, and we're about to start using Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their competence really helps them to stand out. I really appreciate their knowledge, and they always deliver products that are so much better than other agencies. They've gone in and fixed problems that arose from emergency work we contracted with another firm.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They focus on web development, and it would be great if they could expand their offerings in design as well.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have well-defined ideas and goals, and express those in ways that are easy to understand.

The website was transformed into a powerful and effective tool that will help maintain the business for decades to come.

It's communication is out of this world. You will never find another company that is dedicated to transparent and effective communication with its clients.

The media platform R\nd has created for us has helped us drive 2+m in revenue, 800k subscribers and 5m+ in collective site traffic to our retail store.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They took care of everything; it was awesome.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The speed of bug fixes. And the hands off approach our team was able to take to all the technical aspects of our platform.

Projects tended to run a bit over budget, but that is to be expected with development on an idea that is still ongoing and evolving as we create it.
