What challenge were you trying to address with ScaledOn?

We wanted to launch our brand on Amazon.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ScaledOn handled every aspect of our brand launch on Amazon. They set up the account and designed the storefront, created the listings, A+ content, and most importantly, the ad strategy. Initially, the project focused on just the nuts and bolts of establishing our brand on Amazon. After that, the focus was on ad strategy, how to spend our ad dollars, what was working, and what wasn't working.

We worked specifically with two teammates from ScaledOn.

How did you come to work with ScaledOn?

We met a pet supplement company at a trade show that had been working with ScaledOn and was very happy with their services. In our initial call, ScaledOn provided in-depth information about the services they provide and explained how their process worked and what we could expect from our relationship with them. They were personable and patient and answered all of our many questions.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from May 2024 to July 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our Amazon revenue increased dramatically. The best metric was to see revenue go from $0 to a significant revenue stream for our company.

How did ScaledOn perform from a project management standpoint?

They always delivered on time. We communicated via email as needed and monthly Zoom meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

ScaledOn's team really understood our brand and the goals we were trying to achieve. They were very good at providing reports that clearly showed how our ad dollars were performing and how our brand was growing on Amazon. Smaller companies like ours often have a hard time finding an agency to manage and grow their brand.  They were patient with our questions and allowed us to "steer the ship" while also explaining how our ideas or experiments would impact our brand performance. They were truly invested in helping us grow. Bogdan and Tim were great to work with.

They were very responsive to our needs, so if we asked for a different approach or had other ideas, they would always work with us to make them happen.

We wanted to grow our Amazon and storefront sales while keeping our cost of acquisition within our target.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ScaledOn has been able to meet our goals and increase our ROAS. They’ve created and tested new campaigns and assets to be used in them. For Amazon, they’ve revised and created new titles, pictures, and A+ content. They’ve also created a CRM to help push promotions.

The team has created campaigns that focus on different verbiage to see what would hook customers best. They’ve also seen which areas the ads perform best and increased their placements there. ScaledOn has tested different things such as broad exact and phrase relating to our industry.

We work with five teammates from ScaledOn.

We had a referral from another local business that we had seen had a great performance uplift on their Amazon account. We went with another option first, which was pretty underwhelming, and then we made the switch to ScaledOn. They’ve far outperformed the other agency we initially worked with.

We started working with them in June 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

Scaledon completed a full analysis of my current digital marketing and made suggestions that would drive more sales and expand brand awareness. I can verify that they achieved all the objectives they had set. Our online sales are up 200%, call conversion is up 150%.

They are very responsive, and most matters are responded to within 24 hours. They have very clear objectives that are easy to measure and the entire process is very transparent and you have access to all of the reporting as everythin is setup in my own existing accounts.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

You have access to a team that utilises their own skills and assets so you know you get the best outcomes. Also the cost transparency - they dont hide their fees in your google spend like other companies, also there is no lock in contracts so if they dont deliver you can opt out. That was a real selling point for me. You can also add packages as you want and can afford to build your marketing budget. Scaledon are upfront, honest, easy to deal with and have the skills and knowledge to scale up any business. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something ScaledOn could have done differently?

I cant think of anything I would change or that they could do better. Tim, Reka and Patty have been a dream to deal with.

I'm the co-founder of Firsthand. We're a beauty and cosmetics brand with a focus on gender-neutral hair and body care products made using clean ingredients, sustainable packaging, and (in-house) responsible manufacturing.

For what projects/services did your company hire Scaledon?

We were looking to expand our presence in Amazon and needed help making sure all of our assets and ppc elements in Amazon were optimized for growth and success.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We went back and forth for a few months looking at forecasts and projections to make sure we could justify the cost. Once we felt good about it we made the plunge.

Scaled On began by updating and optimizing all of our product titles with keyword-rich names as well as redesigning the layout and structure of each PDP. From there they implemented and have been managing our digital ad strategy on the platform.

They've also integrated running our Amazon Storefront along with publishing Amazon posts. More recently they took on integrating an email (retention) system within our account to drive reviews and future purchases.

What was the team composition?

I mostly work with Claudia and Jenay through there were a few others in the past that we did work with including Alec, the CEO (mostly in onboarding and implementations). The whole team is great and makes the relationship really worthwhile!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

YoY growth has more than doubled since working with ScaledOn and it's only growing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We met bi-weekly early on but transitioned to monthly meetings now to cover what's been going on. In between meetings they're great about reaching out or responding to inquiries via email as they come up.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They employ people all over the globe so your account always has eyes on it. They're also very thorough with data collection and display and always go back to the numbers.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I think a more seamless communication system that fits into how our company currently operates would be helpful (i.e. we communicate internally and with most other agencies via Slack).

We had a  noticiable increase in traffic, and conversion for our listings. Our sales increased and our PPC efficency was great. Also all of our listings got optimized in a timely manner with great outputs from the team.
