I wish I could attach the ranking chart! I had over 200 keywords ranked for a business who started with no rankings! Also, these are not the easy keywords in a smaller city; these were difficult keywords in a major city

We started with an initial audit to discover which aspects we needed to focus on. Afterward, we ran two projects; one for GMB SEO and NAP and the other with improving our website SEO.

In the past two months, we've seen our conversion almost return to about half of where we were pre-pandemic and expect it to meet, if not exceed, where we were by the end of this year.

We met by Google Meet a lot at first and each time we wanted to review a project and/or discuss a new one. Otherwise, our main form of contact was through email.

Their professionalism, timing, walkthrough videos, and results were all top-notch. What's more, Joey even took time to experience our company by visiting one of our locations by his own free will. We trust his judgement, see the results, and are finally satisfied with a company to work with long term.

Honestly, there is nothing noteworthy that could have been done differently.

I preferred working with a team of content writers rather than an individual writer, because I wanted the ability to scale my content creation needs when and where necessary.

When we were able to discuss their capabilities and skills, I learned they covered the entirety of SEO strategy beyond just content creation, but also included content creation based on keyword research and potential conversion ratio.

We began with an initial SEO performance audit between myself and competitors. They helped us identify which target keywords and phrases might yield the greatest ROI, and started generating content on searches with less volume but less competition.

In about 60 days our inbound organic traffic started increasing significantly, and is ultimately leading to several leads produced by the SEO content per week.

Since implementing the SEO efforts, we have slowly increased our SEO rank. A few valuable keywords we were ranking 75 or below, and are now in the top 3 results, and have a few pages top ranked.

They have been incredible at regular communication. We have monthly meetings where they share performance results and strategize over upcoming target terms etc.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I absolutely love the passion the team has in generating the most cost optimal content to generate results. It's not just producing content, it's the ability to identify potential terms to dominate, with a long term strategy of building to build domain authority and eventually dominate the entire category.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I've never been a fan of how SEO content pages built and designed from a UX experience. The trouble is that a well designed UX page does not necessarily generate the best algorithmic performance!

We had a VERY lofty goal of 10,000 organic visitors by December 2020. We made this goal back in January when we only had about 1,500 visitors. That’s a crazy goal!

However, we had over 9,000 organic visitors in August and it’s looking like we’ll exceed 10,500 organic visitors during this month, September. We are also ranking on page 1 of several different Google searches!!

Pulling from analytics reports, Joey has shown us how much our business has grown since we enlisted their support. We’ve received more phone calls, compared to the same time last year — despite external challenges like COVID-19 or the wildfires here in Oregon. Our previous provider charged us $2,000 a month, so to get more results while paying significantly less has been amazing.

They’ve been awesome We can text them if we need to, just on a whim. They’re very good about getting back to us quickly. They’ll even give us advice outside of their scope of marketing, which we appreciate. I feel that they really do go above and beyond.

We met him locally, so it’s always nice to support local businesses. On their side, I’d highlight that they’re exceptionally organized.
