I'm the Co-Founder of a company that is a marketplace for flexible workspace.

We hired Softblues to develop our website with a variety of custom developments and the integration of 3rd party plugins.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We came across Sofblues via word of mouth from our IT supplier.

The scope of work is the continuous development of our Wordpress website with different 3rd party plugins in order to enable bookings, user management, a booking map, custom front end elements, Woocommerce and custom woocommerce elements.

We work with a key account manager one front end and one back end developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

So far we are still in active development. Various key elements have already been delivered, other are still missing.

In the beginning we used to have weekly calls in combination with Slack, google docs and email. At the moment communication is mainly via Slack and google docs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

So far they have been able to do bug fixes quite rapid and provided valuable feedback in the development process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would have liked to see a more stable commitment on workloads from their side in each development step.

We were in need to offset additional work that our team could not handle due to allocation issues. Our goals was to have Soft Blues assist in the overflow work and work within our workflows.
