This would be way too much to detail. We started with a punch list of a dozen+ website issues and it quickly morphed into ongoing enhancement of improved features and functionality. SMG was able to step in assess the current website infrastructure and identify many ways to improve site performance (site speed), customer experience and overall back-end usability.

Within the first two months they accomplished more deliverables and improvements to our website than our prior firm did in 6 months... and all this was delivered 25% less than prior rates.

We worked with Solo on a few occasions. The first one was great, they were very helpful and went above and beyond. The second time was a disaster. Hannah missed every deadline, didn't like what we wanted to intentionally did it wrong. Also after 2 months they dropped the project saying they didn't have time to finish. Then when my new developer reached out because the files were not correct, they didn't respond.

Huge waste of time and money and now having to go the legal route.

When we started it was suppose to be a 6 to 8 week timeline outside of any additional design needs. We didnt even get thru design due to Hannah missing every timeline

Our team doesn't do design, we refer that out to our partners. The customer made a mistake with this review. When we learned about the unethical and poor communication the 'customer' had with our design partner; we decided we could not do the development for their project.
