We had an issue with a customer dealing with some in-depth Kubernetes virtualization issues, so we sought Stackgenie’s help.

Stackgenie has worked with the customer’s existing system and reconfigured it. They’ve helped troubleshoot it and consulted throughout the process to identify the issue. They’ve found a solution without having full access to the system, utilizing screen sharing.

Someone had worked with Stackgenie for a year, and that person referred the team to us. I reached out to see if they could assist us, and the process was seamless from there. I ended up sending an email after my call with the referrer; they responded almost immediately.

The engagement started in February 2024, and it’s ongoing.

They hit all the notes, and everything is spot on. We use Jira and Google Meet for management and communication.

No, there aren’t any. In fact, I’ve referred them to others outside of the scope of work that we’ve accomplished.

We needed to revamp cloud architecture, but we had a lack of knowledge about how to do it, so we hired Stackgenie to help us.

Stackgenie has helped us create a cloud architecture for us and our clients. Initially, we connected and shared with Stackgenie the issues we were facing, and they provided me with a document detailing a better solution. After that, we had a great discussion about finalizing our cloud architecture. Since then, they’ve actually re-architected our cloud infrastructure.

Before working with Stackgenie, our cloud architecture was very poor and incapable of accommodating our scalability. Stackgenie has provided us with very good help and created a better cloud architecture, so we’re now scaling up in a better way.

How easy it is to shape our cooperation. Stackgenie filled all the gaps within our work setup almost naturally without long discussions. We just started to work together and within a week we ended up with Stackgenies personnel effectively taking all responsibilities necessary for our organisation to achieve our setup goals. Literally no elaborated planning - just pure willingness to do the job.

StackGenie designed and then implemented a solution using Karpenter for virtual device orchestration and Terraform to build and manage the deployment configuration. They also advised us on spot instance allocation and performance optimisation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now have a scalable AWS cloud instance that spins up docker images onto bare metal instances dynamically as a result of our job queue increasing. It's very optimised so start-up times are short and results are reported back to our main database in record time.
