We redesigned our web app with real seller needs in mind. Result? Users say our features are easier to use, and they're sticking around. The updated marketing site is bringing in more qualified leads that convert. Just practical improvements that benefit both users and our bottom line.

Working with the Stacknet team Mateus, Kamil and Justyna as project lead was overall impressive. Mateus and her made sure all milestones was delivered on time, iterated fast on feedback, and delivered a final product that beat our expectations. Im seriously impressed and couldnt be happier with how it all turned out.

What impressed me most was how fast they adapt to changes but never at the expense of quality or ignoring our feedback. Finding a team that could handle both the technical and creative aspects while keeping the project on track was rare.

Stacknet was responsible for redesigning the Golem Network’s Stats page, encompassing multiple pages such as Provider Details, Machine Selector, and the Network Page. They focused on creating a cohesive and intuitive user experience that simplifies complex data and functionality. The redesign also included mobile optimization, ensuring seamless access across devices.

We've yet to develop the new design and functionality, but based upon user feedback while designing the new stats page we've received a lot of positive feedbck. We'll start measuring the success once built and deployed to production in a few months.

The project's first stage involved researching the market, understanding user needs, and analyzing competitor products. This stage helped the design team to understand the target audience, their preferences, and expectations. We shared our expertise in this topic with Stacknet.

Then, we started working on actual designs. In this stage, the design team used the insights gathered in the research phase to create a plan for the user interface and experience of the software. The team developed wireframes and prototypes and worked with us to ensure the proposed design met our needs and expectations.

Stacknet iterated on the design by the provided feedback from us (during our meeting sessions). By following a well-defined process, the design team could create a product that meets the needs and expectations of our users while delivering a seamless user experience.

Stacknet is a skilled team who truly understands how to bring your vision to life. The attention to detail was impressive, along with the communication.

This was an internal project, and we cannot share any outcome that demonstrates how successfully the project was completed. Our employees are definitely satisfied with the new version of the system. It took us a couple of tries and iterations until we were aligned, but the great communication was the basis for the success of this project

Our goal with this project was to build a design and brand for our new deliverables to be launched in mid to late 2023. We wanted a modern and consistent design that could be used across all platforms (web, mobile, etc) in a usable manner by our user base.

This included designs for our web based dashboard, a template/form editor, a mobile application, and responsive designs for all platforms.

Stacknet created the website's visual design, including the color scheme, typography, and graphics. This is the stage where the website started to take shape visually and reflected the branding and messaging of our law firm. When the design was approved, the team started to implement the design into WordPress.

The cooperation began with a kick-off call, where we discussed the scope, requirements and priorities. We set weekly calls twice a week, during which the Designer and PM presented us with progress and collected feedback. In addition, we had the opportunity to follow changes in Figma and add comments throughout the project. We accepted the screens one by one, moving on to the next ones. The screens in Figma were labeled so we knew where the action was on our side and where on the Stacknet side.

The workflow between us and the Stacknet studio team was very effective . It involved clear communication, defining the project scope and objectives, developing a design strategy and concept, iterating, and delivering what brought us to launching the final product.

Established communication channels such as Slack, Figma and calls with status updates, what helped us be on the same page. We define the project scope and objectives. This includes identifying the target audience, goals, and deliverables.

Designers developed a Stacknet Sp. z o.o. contact@stacknet.co design strategy and concept which included creating prototypes, and visual designs. As a client we can provide feedback and input throughout the design process in every channel we set up. They gathered our feedback, and made necessary revisions. We worked close together to ensure that the final design meets the desired outcomes.

We engaged Stacknet to finish the remaining screens in our app, consisted largely of things like user onboarding flow, log-in/sign-up screens, and polishing up specific components like forms. The most important part of this project is to think through how users would use the app and figure out the easiest way to help users accomplish what they need to do, hence UX will be the focus.

Yes, all items were delivered on time. The Stacknet team had a dedicated project manager who was quite effective at keeping the project schedule and providing updates regarding any issues. We communicated on Slack mostly and had two Zoom check-ins every week. The team was very responsive on Slack, and all Zoom meetings were very productive in addressing my concerns and feedback

I was impressed by the team's ability to design user-centric features in a modern and clean way, incorporating many of the latest design trends. Their process started with a comprehensive understanding of the end user preferences and behaviors, which they used to create intuitive and user-friendly designs that are important for our product.

In addition, Stacknet's approach to collaboration was great as they worked closely with us to understand our objectives and goals. This approach resulted in an efficient and effective project with outstanding outcomes.

Overall I was very happy with the project. The team was friendly, and the deliverables exceeded my expectations.

My only feedback is that there were a few instances where the team went a bit beyond the scope of the project and offered design suggestions for components that were outside the scope of the engagement, which resulted in some cleaning-ups required on Figma later.
