They didn’t just code what we asked for they offered smart ideas to make things simpler for our users. For example, they suggested adding a “recently viewed properties” feature so buyers could easily go back to listings they liked, which turned out to be a big hit with users.

After launch, we could see right away that the platform was smoother, faster, and more engaging. Buyers stayed on the site longer and explored more listings. If there’s one area of improvement, I would say it lies in documentation. While the codebase was exceptionally clean and well-organized, some of the operational handover materials could have been more detailed, especially for future onboarding of new staff. That said, once we raised it, they addressed the gaps immediately and followed up with a walkthrough session that helped our team get fully up to speed.

The scope of StuntCoders’ work was end-to-end e-commerce development, starting with a discovery and planning phase, moving through design, and ending with a full custom build. They began by learning about our booking workflows how trips are priced, scheduled, and confirmed—then translated that into a structure we could scale and manage internally.

They developed a custom booking engine that could accommodate varying trip lengths, departure dates, group sizes, and optional add-ons like private guides or extra nights. Each product page was tailored with filters and dynamic pricing elements to let users build their adventure directly on-site.

Another standout deliverable was the traveler account dashboard they created. This gave users access to their previous bookings, payment receipts, and personalized trip suggestions based on their travel history—something we’d always dreamed of offering but had no idea how to implement properly. They also built out a multilingual framework, integrated our payment processing with global support, ensured everything was mobile-friendly, and even optimized it for speed and SEO.

Shortly after the platform launched, we began noticing a shift in user engagement almost immediately. Clients were spending more time exploring trips, using the customization tools, and completing bookings without needing to call us for clarification something that previously caused friction.

More exciting than the metrics, though, were the real-world signals. For example, we had a client from the Netherlands who booked a custom Costa Rica trip entirely through the new interface, and she left a note in her confirmation email saying, “This was easier than ordering dinner online.” That was a big moment for us it showed that we had not only streamlined a process but also created something intuitive and enjoyable.

Their responsiveness was top-tier. If we had questions or needed to shift priorities, they were on it. At one point, we had to prepare the site for a large travel expo that came up suddenly, and they worked overtime to polish the booking flow and homepage experience just in time. They thought critically about what travelers actually want to see, how people behave when researching trips, and what features would create excitement or confidence at each stage.

They were also excellent at keeping our brand identity intact. From the copy layout to the flow of pages, the new site didn’t just work it felt like Cregor Adventures. You could feel the same attention to detail that we put into our real-world trips. That’s a rare skill set.

Are there any areas for improvement or something StuntCoders could have done differently?

If there’s one thing I think could have been better, it’s the post-launch handover documentation. The CMS they built was intuitive, but there were a few areas especially related to managing dynamic pricing rules that took us a little time to fully grasp. We ended up needing a couple of training calls to get completely comfortable, which they were happy to provide, but clearer documentation upfront would have saved some time.

That said, they were always patient and happy to walk us through anything, so it never became a major issue just an area where a little extra clarity would have helped.
