The engineers all receive a high standard of training and are always willing to learn more about our set up.

They were very responsive from start to finish. We were assigned a project manager and the whole process and timescales were clearly explained and adhered to. We had a single point of contact for the migration itself who was very responsive and answered immediate queries that came up.

You can talk to humans! This may sound crazy but from dealing with other support companies for the various software we have, this is not the case elsewhere. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and responsive. They always treat critical situations appropriately and deal with them immediately. What seemed like quite an overwhelming project initially wasn't the case in fact. All went smoothly thanks to their help.
