We are a tax firm. We house over 1000 clients social security numbers and client data. To keep that information secure we need a strong IT team managing that. TechHeights gives us peace of mind keeping us current with the saftey protocals in place.

In May 2025, we transitioned all IT licenses to TechHeights.  At the same time, TechHeights enabled us to streamline services and processes while providing greater value to all IT related areas.

We contracted with TechHeights as our ongoing IT service provider.  We have since been able to consolidate licenses for additioal cost-savigs.  Since our transition to TechHeights, we are experiencing a reduced number of comprimising email attempts.  This is the result of their recommended security platform for email communication.

TechHeights assigned a dedicated company contact who is extremely responsive to all needs until a solution or correction is identified and accomplished.

The leadership team is very honest and has integrity. They provide a sincere approach to find solutions to our needs that make sense for the size of our organization.

Scheduling our one on one meetings with shorter timelines would be helpful.  We would prefer for the TechHeights team to initiate a quarterly meeting with us.
