What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

TechKopra Solutions successfully integrated the portal and enabled us to upload files up to 1GB with no lag in page loading. A faster turnaround was very important, and minimizing the number of bugs in the final launch was critical. Our clients really liked the portal and gave great feedback.

TechKopra Solutions was very responsive, quick to fix problems, and always available to help. Although the project grew bigger than the initial requirements, the team delivered on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

More testing before handing work over but were always quick to remediate. Didn't always clearly conmunicate technical limitations.

Given that the target of Guinaga is to cover also underserved areas, the challenge was to design an App that can manage low internet connectivity & low throughput. TechKopra met these challenges within the specified agenda

Our goal is to Make Cowrium/Cowrie a household name Worldwide. In details Organization is to make the Cowrium/Cowrie brand a reputable international Blockchain/Cryptocurrency services powerhouse, recognized for innovation, superior customer service and performance while creating premium value for all stakeholders. While many believe that favour is manipulation and cheating the deserving out of reward. How did you select this vendor?

I got in touch with Praveen Dagdi – Founder @ TechKopra in a Blockchain Summit in Europe. We discussed about Cowrium project. The selection process was very lengthy since it is my dream project so I took around 6 months to go with TechKopra. Praveen made me trust on his company proving all essentials skills and knowledge which was needed to developed this whole project. Also since this project is not a onetime project, it is going to be a lifelong project so I found my Technical partner in form of TechKopra.

Praveen & its team – TechKopra, developed almost 80% of project. As cowrium project has been focused on mainly following 4 areas: A multidimensional smart contract & mass oriented crypto (Cowrie) Cowdex - An highly secured decentralized Exchange ErrandBoy - A DAP that allows you send crypto & receives in Fiat Cowrie Stability AI - An artificial intelligent that can predict the market and help suggest foreseeable solution - while the buffer system help to stabilize Cowrie and protect it from current market volatility As I mentioned earlier that Cowrium is going to be a lifelong project so further development and support/maintenance will be ongoing.

It is full fledge team of around 12-15 people which includes Project Manager, Product owner, Blockchain developers, Crypto Wallet & Exchange Developers, Mobile Application Developers, Quality Analyst, Server Administrators, Designers and supportive members.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

A great impact, when you start out on a project the expectation is to have the best support in term of Technical Partner. Overtime I have come to discover that I didn't just make the best choice but also the right choice as the synergy and cooperation is unbelievable. That people can buy into ones vision, take it as theirs and help in translating it into reality.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management was seamless across the entire tenure. They were always available when needed. The team has provided excellent support, and I was able to coordinate with ease. Apart from their technical skills, they were very proactive. The team figured out potential hitches early on.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company is well-structured, and they have outstanding execution. They excel at the agile working model, and they have deep blockchain, Enterprise Web & Mobile Development expertise. They also had great knowledge about enhancing the product in general.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I would say, nobody is perfect and everybody should improve themselves to make their every efforts. So far TechKopra has been excellent. They Listen, adapt, adjust and accommodate where needed so far.

We manufacture and sell beauty equipment. Our company is based in Vigevano, Italy, a city close to Milan. The brand name of the equipment is VIP Italia.

They developed our website for us, and they’re continuing the work for a mobile app that will interact with machines and different CRM software we have.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave them some inputs of what we wanted and they made proposals for designing the site. We basically just specified some colors, basic keywords, and other information we required, and all the other aspects—such as the design and the functionality of the site—were proposed by TechKopra. I believe they used WordPress for the site. The app they’re developing will be for iOS and Android.

What is the team composition?

I mainly worked with three people, and one in particular. I sometimes received information and emails from other team members about different parts of the project.

I found them on Upwork. We had a test with other companies and we determined TechKopra offered the best deal and was the best fit for us.

How much have you invested with them?

Our deal for the app and the website was around $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with TechKopra in August 2018 and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Everyone was satisfied and I’ve heard good reviews from our clients. They found the website to be working well. We also showed some of our clients a small beta version of the app, and they’re pretty happy with the results. We’re planning to improve it even more.

How did TechKopra perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Upwork, Skype, WhatsApp, and direct calls for communication, and it’s working pretty well. I’m the one most in touch with them, along with my technician.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They quickly met their deadlines for the website. We’re based in Italy, and they’re in India, but we good responses from their side, even when it was night in India. They managed to fix some stuff in time, especially when we needed some new features on the website for some exhibitions we had. I’m pretty happy with what they did.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I know that they provide other services, but I’ve only used them on this project, and we’re completely satisfied with the website. The app is still an ongoing project, but we don’t have any issues for now.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Something I would advise to anyone working with an outsourcing firm is to have a well-defined idea beforehand, something on paper to show the team. If the client doesn’t know what it is, TechKopra can’t provide it to them.

We needed help building our e-commerce website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I provided detailed documentation, graphics, and other necessary information, and TechKopra did the rest. They built a WordPress site with WooCommerce. The team also integrated GoDaddy and other modules.

I was in communication with the leads of three teams. I don’t know how many people there were in total.

How did you come to work with TechKopra?

I found TechKopra on a freelancing website. I looked at their profile and website and sent them and other companies RFPs. TechKopra provided us with a bid, and then we spoke over Skype. I asked them to provide detailed information on how they were planning to approach the project and what I should expect to receive from them. Their plan was convincing, so I decided to give them a try. Everything worked, and we started the project together.

How much have you invested with them?

The initial budget was $30,000, and we escalated to $32,000 because of additional services we requested from them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with TechKopra in 2017, and they completed the first phase around November 2018. Everything is up and running, and they continue to maintain the site.

Now, we have plans to work on a different website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We intend to launch our product in about two months, but the site is live, and the feedback we’ve gotten has been absolutely great. Our customers like the site; it’s easy for them to register on and navigate.

They provided a lot of additional work that we requested. At the end of the day, we achieved our goals, and we’re happy.

How did TechKopra perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re absolutely great. TechKopra is very responsive; there are always issues with e-commerce, so being able to reach our engineers whenever we need them is the most important thing.

TechKopra is India-based, so most of our communication is through WhatsApp conference calls. We use Skype and WhatsApp for instant contact. If I message them on WhatsApp, they meet me on Skype within 5–10 minutes. We use email to send scope information.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ingenuity and project-management capabilities set them apart. They were able to handle the issues we discussed with them, which enabled us to complete the project. All in all, they’re absolutely great at taking our ideas and coming up with solutions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think their costs are a bit high, but I also understand that they’ve invested months of work into our project. Their experience is worth a lot, and I wouldn’t have anything negative to say in this respect. They’re always there to support us.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Any company that’s willing to meet them should do it. They’re good, reliable, and—unlike other outsourcing experiences I’ve had in the past—trustworthy. Before, I paid individuals from other parts of the world to do work that they didn’t finish. If I couldn’t get a hold of them, I’d have to hire another company to get the job done. We’ve built trust, and all I have to say is that TechKopra is reliable.
