TekByt designed and built a complete brand identity and website for Crestvale, an AI-powered daily intelligence platform for professional service firms. The project covered both our visual identity and a fully designed marketing site. They created a custom logo and brand mark, developed through several iterations to land on an enterprise, premium feel aligned with our AI automation audience, refining the gradient, wordmark weight, and the V mark along the way. From there they designed a modern, high-end homepage and full site in Figma and Framer, structured around our core offering of daily AI briefings, podcast content, and social media content packs. They handled the page layouts and content structure across the site, tailoring the product sections to accurately reflect what Crestvale delivers today, and worked through multiple rounds of revisions based on detailed feedback with consistently fast turnaround. The end result was a clean, professional, conversion-focused website that represents the brand well and positions Crestvale credibly to our target market of business owners and executives.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The clearest measure of success was that we ended up with a finished website and brand identity that fully matched our vision for Crestvale. Every milestone was hit, from the initial logo concepts through the homepage and full site design, and revisions were turned around quickly so the project kept moving without delays. The logo went through a few focused rounds and landed on a mark we were genuinely happy to build the brand around. Most importantly, the final site accurately represents what Crestvale does and presents the company in a professional, premium way that gives us real credibility when putting it in front of business owners and executives. For an early-stage company, having a polished, launch-ready site that we're proud to send to prospects was exactly the outcome we were looking for.

Project management was a real strength. Zubair and his team communicated consistently and kept the project moving at a fast pace from start to finish. Turnaround on revisions was excellent, often same-day or next-day, even over a holiday week, which kept momentum high and meant we never had to wait on progress. They were responsive to every piece of feedback I sent, whether it was a small refinement to the logo or a larger change to how the product was represented on the site, and they consistently came back with options rather than just a single take. When I needed the design to better reflect what Crestvale actually offers, they understood the direction quickly and incorporated it without friction. Communication was easy and professional throughout, and they were always willing to hop on a call when something needed a deeper conversation. Overall they delivered on time and were genuinely easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was the combination of speed and design quality. A lot of agencies make you trade one for the other, but Zubair's team turned work around remarkably fast without the design suffering for it. The other thing I really appreciated was how well they took direction. When I gave feedback, especially the more strategic notes about aligning the brand with our audience or making the site reflect what we actually offer, they understood the intent right away and came back with thoughtful options rather than just executing literally. That told me they were thinking about the business, not just the pixels. They were also genuinely easy and pleasant to work with, professional and communicative throughout, and flexible whenever I needed to talk something through. For an early-stage company where the brand has to punch above its weight, having a partner who could move quickly, design at a high level, and actually get the positioning was exactly what I needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something TekByt LLC could have done differently?

Honestly, very little. If I had to point to anything, the initial designs included some product visuals that reflected a more built-out version of the platform than what we offer today, which took a round of revisions to bring in line with our current product. In fairness, that was partly a matter of us getting them fully up to speed on exactly where the product stands, and once we clarified it they adjusted quickly and got it right. A slightly deeper discovery conversation at the very start about the current product versus the future roadmap might have saved that one round, but it was a minor thing and didn't slow the project down in any meaningful way. Nothing about the experience would stop me from working with them again.
