If I could give Todor more than 5 stars I would. I had an amazing experience working with the Todor team on building my 3D customizer. From start to finish, communication was great, always clear, quick, and easy. Every feature request I brought up was built with a ton of attention to detail, and the final result honestly turned out way better than I imagined. One thing that really stood out to me was how much they genuinely cared about making the customizer the best it could be. Throughout development, they suggested additional features and improvements on their own, not because they had to, but because they were invested in creating the highest quality final product possible. Huge thank you especially to Vlad. He was awesome to work with. Super quick communication, always clear, and somehow always had an answer or solution no matter what random question, request, or problem I threw at him. Building something custom always comes with unexpected challenges, and having someone that reliable made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Overall I’m very happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely work with them again. Completed the full 3D infinity mirror customizer, and the final result surpassed expectations. The customizer looks amazing, functions smoothly, and gives customers an interactive way to upload their logo, preview their mirror, adjust options, and see their design before ordering. Overall, the project was completed successfully and the final build works flawlessly.

Creating a 3D configurator and webpage for our site where customers can customize their own chandelier with coloured glass. It must have capabilities to adjust lengths of the wires, height of ceiling, toggle a table in/out for size reference, and turn the lights on and off. Additionally, we wanted the customer to be able to export the pendant as a pdf so they could design with it if they'd like to as well as download a png to put into their moodboards.

The configurator launched successfully on the client's website with all features delivered: 3D customization, PDF export, and lead capture. Responsive and cross-browser tested. Post-launch conversion metrics are currently being collected.

The Todor3D team was a pleasure to work with. We were assigned a project manager who we solely communicated with and she reported to their developer team. It occasionally got tricky with the time difference but we factored that in to our communication and messaging. Deliverables were met on time and responsiveness was fast.

We appreciate their expertise, sometimes bringing up aspects of the UI we hadn't considered. Their turnaround time for the work and following edits was also very fast.

Since our website was live throughout the whole integration, we think communication on when the developers were in the site would be helpful so we could prepare for potential site glitches or our web edits going unsaved.

Using the configurator increased end-user satisfaction, improved confidence in purchase decisions, and is expected to raise the number of orders placed. It also increased time spent in the ordering flow, positively impacting order accuracy and overall engagement.

The solution simplified the client’s internal workflow, making order processing and execution faster and more productive. Improved efficiency reduces manual effort, lowers operational overhead, and supports sustainable revenue growth through higher throughput and better scalability.

A complex payment system was configured to ensure a smooth end-to-end purchase experience. Payment flow improvements, product page optimization, and UX refinements made the site more intuitive and user-friendly, reducing friction during checkout and improving completion rates.

The collaboration resulted in a fully working 3D configurator that integrated seamlessly into our internal platform. This allowed us to demonstrate real-time 3D visualization to stakeholders, which significantly improved user engagement and accelerated internal decision-making. Their deliverables were completed on time, and the final product met the technical and functional requirements we set.

After launching the 3D configurator, we saw measurable improvements in both engagement and efficiency. Internal stakeholders spent on average 35% less time reviewing design options compared to our previous workflow because they could visualize changes instantly. To create a 3D Interactive Interface for a product.  Customers can scan a barcode on the physical product, which then takes them to a website page they can touch, spin around, and learn more about the product.  Text populates for each side of the product, sound effects take place on each rotation as well as sound effects for the text that types out.  Each part of the bottle can be interacted with and will also take you to another page.  You can even change the "skins" on the product displaying different product colors based on the flavor.
