 I’m the co-founder an acting CEO and CTO. We are 50-person SaaS company that serve enterprise clients in most of the world.

 We needed a manual penetration test to identify potential vulnerabilities in our SaaS platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

 Trana performed a one-week manual penetration test (grey box). The team provided a detailed report of their findings, including step-by-step directions for recreating the issues and guidance on how to patch each issue.

 We worked with at least two teammates from Trana.

How did you come to work with Trana?

 Trana proactively reached out to us via email about two years ago. The team helped us find a vulnerability to prove their value early on. Our conversation with the manager demonstrated further professionalism and convinced us to give them a try.

What is the status of this engagement?

 We worked with them for the first time in September 2024, and our most recent project was from September–October 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 Trana helped us identify and solve five important vulnerabilities. As security is essential to our customers, finding and fixing security issues is crucial and allows us to continue working with large companies.
