The team at Trango Tech was responsible for end-to-end mobile app development. They designed the UI/UX, developed the app for both iOS and Android, and integrated our AI chatbot features. They also ensured the app was optimized for performance and scalability. Key deliverables included a fully functional mobile app, backend integration with our AI tools, and thorough testing before deployment.

The final product exceeded our expectations. The app runs smoothly, offers a clean and intuitive interface, and integrates our AI features seamlessly. The only area for improvement would be to expand their documentation even further. While the reports were clear and concise, having more detailed technical documentation would have made internal training for our team even smoother.

Trango Tech took the time to fully understand our objectives before mapping out the project. They began with detailed discovery sessions where they listened carefully to our requirements and studied how our team operates. Based on that understanding, they designed a solution that went far beyond a simple app. The final product included an interactive knowledge hub filled with educational resources on conservation, a streamlined booking and consultation system that allowed clients to directly request services, a retail integration that connected our physical store to the app, and a gallery to showcase our restoration projects and case studies. They also developed a backend dashboard tailored to our team, making it easy for us to upload content, manage client requests, and respond efficiently. Rather than just building software, they delivered a complete digital ecosystem that reflected our identity and mission.

The outcomes of the project became clear shortly after launch. The retail integration gave the public easier access to our store products, and overall engagement with our services improved in ways that confirmed the app’s success.

Their responsiveness made us feel like true partners, and we always knew they had our best interests in mind.

What stood out most about Trango Tech was their ability to take a very specialized and complex field like cultural heritage conservation and translate it into a digital product that feels intuitive, approachable, and authentic. They did not simply build an app they invested time in understanding who we are, what we do, and why it matters. That dedication showed in the final product, which feels less like a generic application and more like an extension of our mission.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Trango Tech could have done differently?

If there was any area for improvement, it would be in the early design stage. Our team felt we could have benefited from more visual previews of how certain features would appear before development began. That said, when we raised this point, Trango Tech quickly adapted and began providing additional design walkthroughs, which resolved the concern. Overall, the collaboration exceeded our expectations and delivered an app that has already started to expand our reach and impact.

He also was always very patient and kind with dealing with my needs. Taking his time to explain all phases of the project. He definitely made things easy for me.

The only improvement I see is to have their invoices say Tango Tech. Consistency is helpful when there are so many scams going on in this field and we are coming upon them only from a search.

🚨‼️BEWARE OF TRANGO TECH🚨‼️

- 14 MONTHS AND NO APP COMPLETED!!

BEWARE OF TRANGO TECH. I signed a contract with Trango Tech in October 2024 to build an app for me. It’s been 14 extremely frustrating months and yesterday they told me they are canceling our contract/the project and won’t be completing my app due to project complexity (it seems they are incapable and incompetent), duration (it’s been like pulling teeth trying to get the to do work for many many months - items that should have been done in a day or week weren’t done for months and months and they produced low quality work riddled with countless errors and inconsistencies), and due to repeated review cycles (as a client I have had to review countless errors repeatedly! - they shouldn’t have had the errors in the first place and they should have quality checked themselves). They have made me lose a large amount of lost income and now I have no viable app despite also spending a large amount on associated legitimate business costs such as trademarking and legal costs. Trango Tech also had misleading and deceptive material on their website (which I entered into our contract based on) including fake reviews, companies they haven’t worked with, and fake offices (it appears they are largely just in Pakistan when they claimed to have offices across the USA and an office in Melbourne and use USA phone numbers). Most of their reviews on trustpilot appear to be fake (or these people have had vastly different experience to myself which I don’t believe) except several other reviews similar to mine. They had no respect for our contract and I had to endure countless missed deadlines and delay after delay after delay. Based on similar reviews it appears they just take money off people, drip feed work, and can’t actually deliver. Now my business is in ruins and I have no viable app. They are also refusing to provide me with a refund and withholding my app's code (that that are legally required to provide to me under our contract) unless I edit this review to their liking and do not take legal action against them. I.e. they are holding my code at ransom, violating our contract, and behaving unethically. The staff members I have dealt with are Obaid Chawla (appears to be currently using a fake photo on LinkedIn), Shaharyar Rehman, Danish Paul, Andrew Smith, and Elliot Mason (who claims to live in Chicago and work at Sangam on St 215 floor 3, Chicago). My advice is do not engage with Trango Tech and if you have been scammed by them report them to the FBI, scam authorities in your country, and the police and scam authorities in Pakistan (NCCIA).

Trango Tech have failed to complete my app after 14 extremely frustrating months. They failed to meet our contract on several fronts. They are refusing to provide me with a refund and my app’s code which they are required to do under our contract as they have chosen to breakout contract and not complete my app. I have been through and extremely frustrating 14 months with Trango Tech. They simply did not do the work for a very long time and the work they did do had many many errors and inconsistencies I had to repeatedly review.

No they have failed to complete my app. They also had misleading and deceptive content on their website including fake reviews, fake offices eg. In Melbourne Australia and Companies they haven't worked with (such as Suncorp Bank, Bunnings and big W). They have failed to complete my app and had a large negative impact on my wellbeing, health and finances.

Nil. They have unethical business activities. There are several reviews on Trustpilot by others who they have taken money from but not completed the work.

They should have replied when I had to resort to sending them legal letters of demand instead of ignoring me, they should have not had misleading and deceptive material on their website (fake reviews, fake offices and companies they haven't worked with).

SCAM ALERT 🚨‼️

I strongly advise anyone against working with Trango Tech. They are most likely a SCAM!! in my view. My experience with them has been absolutely terrible. It appears I have lost thousands and thousands of dollars and they have crippled my business that I worked so hard for. They produced very low quality work, it was like pulling teeth getting them to do any work for many months, and it has been delay, after delay, after delay, after delay, after delay, and what appear to be ongoing lies and excuses.

Most concerningly though is they state on their website they have offices across the USA and have built apps for large USA companies which I don’t think is true and is fraudulent. This alone ruins any trust and makes it unethical and very legally risky for any person or company to work with them. They also say on their website they have an office in Melbourne, Australia and have built apps for commonwealth bank, Suncorp bank, Bunnings, Big W and Kmart (very large Australian corporations) which I do not believe is true based on my experience. They can’t be trusted and any data they might have on your apps clients is at risk in my view. 

Their reviews on Clutch, their TrangoTech Website, and Trust Pilot all appear to be fake, except for several 1 star reviews on Trust Pilot from people who have had the same experience as myself. 

They seem to have a parent company called ePlanet Global and I wouldn’t be surprised if they have other fake companies and other scams in operation also.

My advice based on my experience is DO NOT ENGAGE WITH TRANGO TECH!!!!! And if you have and they scammed you or didn’t meet their contractual agreements report them to all relevant scam agencies in your country and the USA including:

The Federal Trade Commission and FBI ic3.

If they are actually legitimate (which I don’t believe) then the authorities won’t find anything wrong, but if TrangoTech is a scam (which certainly appears to be) then these people are ripping off completely innocent and hardworking people and legitimate businesses. Scum of the earth.
