There is a slight data latency from Amazon, with updates lagging by a few minutes, so it would be great to achieve closer to real-time sync. Additionally, we would love to see more advanced features and deeper customization options and managing Sponsored Brands (SB) campaigns.Finally, it would be extremely useful to add a bulk launch feature to quickly launch multiple campaigns at once, similar to Amazon's bulk files operations

Withing first 2 weeks they checked, optimised and launched the best keywords in the PPC amazon advertising campaigns for each of the 5 markets. During next 2-3 weeks Unitix optimised the PPC campaigns as a result we decreased the ACOS from 150-200% (it is usual ACOS for our category) to 45-75% it is really amaising results! Also we got the Bestseller badge on 2 from 5 markets during 2-3 weeks - it is also impressive.

The onboarding process was well organized. Your manager is easy to reach and provides frequent updates. He explained all current processes to the Board of Directors easily and got trusted. All planed results were reached. Every week we can see improvements and progress.

Unitix gives amazing customer service on an almost everyday basis, not as others most of the Agency do like this (only one time in 2 or 4 weeks). Every action from their side, because of big professionalism, transforms into planned results.
