Please describe your company and your position there.

Rocky Mountain Care provides nursing care services, inpatient transitional rehabilitation therapy, physical therapy, and outpatient therapy services. My role is the Administrator over the Riverton branch.

For what projects/services did your company hire Vasari Tech?

We realized our logo hasn't been updated in a long time and we were having inconsistencies throughout our company with branding and color palette.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to improve our presence online with a logo that would be remembered. The ultimate goal would be to attract more clients and keep them on our website and eventually buy our services.

Referred by an employee.

Describe the project in detail.

The scope was to create a new logo with a new color palette. I contributed by showing the old logo and explaining what words the it needs to contain and what weight each word needs to have. The vendor suggested some improvements and started the development right away.

What was the team composition?

Two people were involved from the vendor's side. The business the developer who I communicated for the initial call and the designer who I explained the requirements and who did the work.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The logo was well appreciated by the company and received many compliments internally on how fresh it looked. The outcome can't be quantifiable as we haven't received a significant growth change due to the pandemic.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated mainly by email and the were very responsive after each feedbacks. The vendor didn't seem backed up and started on the project right away with no issues.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Communication was great. They listened to our initial needs and executed promptly. There were 3 iterations of the logo and each feedback given by us was well understood and implemented with excellence.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No areas for improvement. The company did a really good job on all sides of the interaction and the quality of the work is higher than what we were expecting.

For what projects/services did your company hire Vasari Tech, and what were your goals?

We were looking for an app that could communicate the order arriving from the website and to the kitchen and to the operations teams to prepare the delivery.

How did you select Vasari Tech and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a result-given partner that could implement a solution fast and be reactive in case of bugs

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The scope of work was defined after we had a call laying down all the technical components to get the app running. That included understanding how Squarespace provides its Orders API and think about its limitations.

We then defined how often updates needed to be released, all the features for the complete product, and the three milestones by the end of which the app could be used by all the operating kitchens.

Part of the work was done on the Squarespace website that would update a database containing all the orders. The native android app would then "listen" to database changes and show the results on the screen.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were in touch with two people. The product developer who was actively working on the product and the requirements and the business developer who took care of business logistics and communication.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the first two weeks of implementation, the mistakes in treating order drop dramatically and the team had more free time to spend in other valuable tasks

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

The project management was great, we communicate through email and whatsapp. At the beginnign they made us make a brief of our needs, then they translated it in a more detailed brief with a timeline with task and deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed that, from the very beginning, it was clear what could and could not be done. Other than that we had only positive surprises.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Probably being more reactive when we had some bugs

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to create a visually appealing and highly research UX for our valued users.

This vendor came highly recommended from an existing contact.

After a brief introductory call, we were provided with design mock-ups. Vasari listened to every single detail we mentioned and executed our vision to a tee. They ensured the frontend integrated seamlessly with our existing backend services.

What was the team composition?

After the initial sales pitch call, we had continuous direct communication with the developers. By avoiding a middle man, we were able to communicate much more clearly and make sure we got the product we wanted.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Vasari helped us go to market faster, more intelligently, and with more metrics that we continue to use to this day to measure our growth and help us stand out from our competition.

We used a variety of applications to communicate, track project milestones, and also held calls when needed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The vast amount of experience with different tech stacks was very impressive. This allowed us to use to the most advanced technologies.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing to recommend for areas of improvement, I was 100% delighted. Worth every last penny.
