The service provider was tasked with building a sustainable automation framework and optimizing our expensive, unstable environment architecture.

Challnges and work in details:

• Custom AQA Framework Implementation.

The team replaced our underperforming manual processes with a automation ecosystem based on Playwright. This included a custom-updated framework tailored to our specific technical requirements.

• Release Management Integration.

They successfully integrated AQA processes into release cycle, establishing quality gates that ensured only stable code reached production.

• Infrastructure Optimization.

The provider conducted a thorough audit of our Development, AQA and QA environments. By streamlining the number of necessary environments and optimizing the frequency of AQA test runs, they improved system stability.

• Cost Reduction.

Through the consolidation of environments and smarter test scheduling, they significantly reduced our monthly infrastructure (AWS) overhead while maintaining high testing standards.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They created AQA ecosystem from scratch with all setup and learn how to use it. AQA process was integrated in release management. 

They executed audit of TestOPS process, development/test environments and unnnecessary test runs, that were used/executed before. As a result our spendings on development environment were decreased in 2.5 times.

Delivery was great especially that work must be done on yesterday. They contact us very quickly with good ideas and possible solutions.

We had quite a tough schedule because our customer needed to launch the platform as soon as possible. We worked sprint by sprint divided by scope of tasks. Slack, GitHub and many more tools were used.

They have testing and automation experience in healthcare. Also they suggested A/B tests and scenarios for each specific case that gave us a lot of alternatives and solutions.

Through rigorous software testing, the product demonstrates increased reliability, minimizing the occurrence of bugs and errors. Also successful software testing ensured a smooth user experience, leading to higher satisfaction levels among end-users. By identifying and addressing potential issues early on, the project experiences lower maintenance costs associated with fixing bugs and making updates post-deployment.
