We are a lean company, mostly consisting of developers and customer service. For a long time, marketing has been put to the wayside. That was until WebFX came into the picture. Their knowledge and expertise have brought new life to our website. Between Marketing and SEO, they have helped us immensely. We have been working with them now for about two years, and we don't see any end in sight. We initially started working with WebFX on SEO efforts.

After seeing the results of the hard work that was put in by the team and us at WebFX, we wanted to stay on board. Since then, we have even started to take advantage of other teams within WebFX for things like UXUI and Social media advertising and remarketing.

I spoke with an employee at a Halloween party and wanted to learn more about the services they offer. We had a call and liked everything that they spoke of, and the cost was within our range, so we signed up!

Initially, we concentrated on SEO efforts across the board. This included content creation and CRO efforts. With this, they provided insights and copied the content to add to the site in a specific way that would most help the efforts of SEO that we were up against. They have their own system for project management, MakeetingCludFX, for distributing content, communication, and other tools. Great feature!

We have worked with a few different teams within WebFX. We have had two main points of contact, which only changed because our first contact moved up in the company. We have also worked with their social media and CRO teams.

After our first year of working with WebFX, we saw a 110% rise year over year in our organic traffic.

We have monthly meetings where we review the month prior and also look forward to upcoming projects that we are working on with them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are a 1 stop shop for everything marketing. All communication is concise and clear. They are all great people to work with who love their job.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They really have so much to offer, I have yet to find something that I don't like!

Since working with WebFX, our SEO results have had positive results with increasing usage on our site with a continuation of growing traffic. We have a strong Google presence as well.

They have been great at managing our goals and expectations, always meeting deadlines. They always communicate through email and we have discussions on a monthly phone/video meeting.

They really dive in and make sure our goals are met daily, monthly and yearly. Always professional and knowledgeable with the overall scope of the projects and goals. It truly is like having them internally on my marketing team. They are passionate about our business succeeding.

We hired WebFX to manage our Google Pay-Per-Click campaign initially and then added on SEO services. We had suspended PPC for a little over a year prior to working with WebFX and we were hoping they could help us increase aligned traffic to our website.

We met with three other vendors and received quotes from all. The deciding factor was a combination of the price and their comprehensive reporting. The reporting was clear and could be customized to our preferences.

To kick-off PPC, WebFX requested we fill out a detailed survey about our messaging, goals, and target audience. From there we worked closely with our account manager to create ad groups that would align with our digital marketing goals. We were so impressed with the results from PPC, we added SEO services to boost organic traffic.

We work closely with our Internet marketing Analyst, but we've also worked with the support team including the Senior Web Project Manager any time we have had any technical issues with our website.

Comparing traffic prior to when we started working with WebFX, over the last 3 years Users to the site have increased by over 1,200% and sessions are up over 1100%. Leads through the website have increased exponentially and the quality of the leads has been exceptional.

We have a monthly meeting with our account manager to discuss progress and any upcoming goals or changes that we want to make. Our account manager is incredibly responsive between those meetings and is really proactive in general regarding suggested improvements to our campaigns.

Their level of service has been phenomenal. We have been so impressed with our account manager. She has taken the time to learn about our very niche industry and has made a huge impact on our success.

I don't have any complaints. WebFX has been tremendous for us.

We are a clinical diagnostic company that makes lab testing and equipmemt for Gastrointestinal and Respiratory diseases. We have automated instrumentation, IVD, RUO, and ASR test. I am the marketing manager.

I compared 4 other companies offing the same services. I worked previously with WebPage Fx before so of course they were my first choice. To prevent from being bias, I reviewed all companies, products and quotes for the services we required. WebPage Fx offered the most services in a bundle-package vs the competition. They were one of two companies with separage PMs for each project. This is important for capacity reasons and a personal touch to customer service and satifaction.

Started with Custom redesign, moved site to wordpress, update content, improve media files and images, complete translations for our Taiwan page, start site testing, launch (ETA Nov. 1) Throughout this process we continued to monitory SEO, updated google ad words, added additional key terms, industery competitors for crawl capability and industry alignment. Once site is launched we can begin our PPC into 2023 SEO will take us well into 2023

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The dashboard and tracker have been especially helpful in moving the project forwared. Meetings are recorded for replay at anytime, documentation and access to it carries a log. The mere utility of a dashboard alleviates a lot of paper anf keep data centralized in one area. Lean is KEY! They have great project tools, that practically make the user experience error proof. Keys to success is staying on task and meeting deadlines. We respect they have other projects so this helps us all keep pace with our project and progress.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very transparent. Action items are checked off, reminders autogenerated and you dod not have to be logged into the system to received updates, communications, etc. Good thing since we all have other projects and assignments. They do a great job with communication, answering questions, concerns, and offering suggestions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very Agile. Very process driven and efficient which is a huge plus in our industry.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are a growing company and having access to them on various timezones would be a plus. We have XUS sites and partners so timezones are tricky but they have been very accommadating, providign thorough instructions, videos for us to use to callaborate with our team members in other countries.

WebFX has redesigned our website, giving it a more modern and updated feel. We’ve reviewed impressions, ad clicks, and brand awareness to determine success and feel that WebFX has implemented effective digital marketing campaigns. 

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

WebFX has managed the project well and primarily communicated via email. The team has consistently responded to my questions and been willing to jump on phone calls as needed. Our current project has many complexities, and WebFX has done their best to communicate updates with stakeholders.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been most impressed by their willingness to break down the digital marketing process for me. WebFX has held my hand through each campaign, and they’ve been great teachers.

I have nothing WebFX could improve on.

I advise asking questions when you have them. WebFX will gladly take the reins and manage your digital marketing campaigns, but they won’t hesitate to share best practices and guide you through the process if you ask.

We wanted to create a new website to boost our online presence. Our website was quite old-fashioned, and we wanted to modernize our site and make it more user-friendly, so customers could better understand our brand. 

Since we’re in the manufacturing industry, web design hasn’t always been at the top of our priority list, so we wanted to create a more modern, vibrant website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we hired WebFX to design and develop our new website, but we’ve since engaged them to help with our SEO. We’ve worked on other, more minor projects to increase our online visibility. 

First, WebFX reviewed our original website and sent us an initial form to learn more about us. Then, we met with the team to discuss our goals for the website’s look and feel. WebFX pitched their ideas, created mock-ups, and met with us again to review the designs. 

After collaborating on design efforts, the team developed a new website for us from scratch using WordPress and JavaScript. They built about 50 pages within the site that outlined our materials and the industries we serve. They also helped us create brand-new copy and images to include on the site. Additionally, they've implemented engaging videos and calls to action throughout the website to encourage users to fill out our contact form to request a quote. After building the site, WebFX introduced us to another service provider who has taken over hosting the site.

Since launching the site, the WebFX team has continued supporting us with maintenance requests. They’ve also helped us create a blog and optimized the website for SEO. Additionally, we’ve worked on automated email marketing campaigns. The team has linked our website and email marketing software, so users receive emails immediately after completing our forms.

We’ve worked with WebFX since August 2019; the partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We didn’t have much of an online presence before, so we didn’t receive many inquiries through our website. Since working with WebFX, we’ve consistently received 3–4 inquiries per week, which has been awesome. 

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

WebFX has executed deliverables on time and within budget. We’ve enjoyed working with the team; they’re really friendly and knowledgeable. Cheyenne has led our project and she’s been a fantastic resource. They’ve been very responsive; we typically communicate via email and meet via Google Meet. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

WebFX’s customer service has been particularly impressive; we’ve had an amazing experience working with Cheyenne and the team. We have limited experience with website development, and WebFX has always been willing to coach us through the process and answer questions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would love to say WebFX could improve on the price, but they’ve been very accommodating, so I have nothing they could improve on.

I advise meeting with the WebFX team before kicking off the project so they can learn more about your company. Try to give them as much information as possible and ask questions when you have them.

It's too early to identify key results but so far we rest assured that our team of experts know what they are doing and have benchmarked our competitor's web data as a goal for us to reach internally.

They are extremely responsive and supportive. Our Account Manager is absolutely incredible. I would hire 10 more of her if I could! They leverage a web portal for project management, tracking, and communications. But I just respond via email, and it ends up in their portal.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are simply the best, proven in their own strategy. It's not easy serving clients with a buffet of interests and needs, but they were able to cater their offering to our unique needs.

Unfortunately, we signed the contract and initiated our engagement too soon. We weren't ready for the SEO overhaul because we were in the middle of a website refresh. We did work on other projects in the meantime, but I can't help but feel we wasted a substantial amount of time and money on services because of this timeline snafu.

The content on our site has increased tremendously. We not only have blog posts that work into our SEO strategy, but also our sales team loves the resources they can use with their customers. The social media campaigns have increased the CTR and exposure.

Our one-per-month meetings are effective for past month performance and gearing up for upcoming projects. It's also a great time to discuss new ideas and how we can implement them.

The redisgn that they took over was in total disarray and they were able to bring the project which had been lagging for several months to a close in a matter of weeks. We consistenting rank on the first page organically on google due to the SEO efforts. Our conversion rates on SEM is in the mid teens in a very competitve market

As with all relationships there are a few bumps, but the the workflow is consistently good and any time there is an issue on either side the relationship is strong enough that if someone speaks up the other party reacts

They are always bringing new ideas to the table without being asked.

We have a very complex account with a lot of moving parts and sometimes the monthly bill is tough to reconcile with the project quote, but that is mainly because their accounting group uses different terms on some of the non-standard items we have
