WebFX improved general SEO on our website and provided structure to our pages geared towards maximizing our exposure across a wide variety of keywords while concentrating keywords to unique sets of pages to prevent duplicate content. They were able to focus on specific keywords of importance to us to increase their rankings measurably in search engines. We have monthly reporting meetings to discuss strategies and results.

They also managed our PPC accounts to improve general visibility, ad A-B testing, budget efficiency, and gaining better quality scores on keywords.

We also ended up contracting WebFX to redesign our website with SEO in mind. This is an ongoing project with delivery at the end of the summer.

No—their growth from our 5-year experience with them has been impressive. Some areas that they were outsourcing with strong references, such as website redesign, have grown into full departments and services in themselves.

WebFX did a custom website redesign for my company in May 2021. Their initial proposal was detailed and outlined exactly what to expect with each stage of the project:

1.Planning and Project management: This phase of the project included sitemap and content flow, design strategy and layout.

2.Design: We recieved multiple prototype mock ups for our home page and service pages along with a customized team page and 3 interactive site elements 

3.Responsive Design: Prototypes were given for desktop, mobile and tablet devices to ensure ease of use for customers. WebFX also used google analytics to create call to actions buttons across different devices and have continued to optomize these throughout our ongoing SEO marketing.

4.Content was origionally provided by our company and WebFX has continued to update and add content to optomize our results.

5.Other Elements: WebFX created standard blogs with wordpress blog module installation, a photo gallery with up to 50 photos, social media linking, set up google analytics and goal tracking along with a leads nurturing program.

Our ongoing SEO Marketing started with an initial technical SEO checklist included items such as broken link and internal crawl error corrections, local search optimizations, GMB optimizations, website audits, and image optimizations. We started with 150 keyword and 30 pages to optimize. Our analytics set up included conversion tracking, traffic analysis and google data highlights. We continue to have SEO content creation, web server analysis and optimization, and acquire quality backlinks. We have a monthly report and meeting to go over the data and key take aways.

As of this month our local SEO map views are up 217% and search views are up 51% in our year over year comparisson. We have 6 blogs leading our top organic pages by session. Our unique leads are up 96% in our year over year comparrison.

Across all channels Year over year our sessions our up 15%, and conversion rate is up 19%.

Year over year our calls are up 33% from organic searches. 

Overall our website has been working great, the design team did a phenomenal job and we get compliments on how professional our site looks and how easy it is to use and find useful infomation on.

The project management at WebFX is unmatched. Every item has been deliverd on time from our first phone call with them in 2021 to now. The communication throughout our website design and our ongiong SEO marketing has been fantastic. Every proposal is written out in specific detail so we know exactly what to expect from the work being complted to the pricing and timeline. As a small business our needs have changed over the years and they have been there to answer every question and to shift priorities or change directions when needed. We have a direct marketing advisor so communication is always streamlined and effective. 1. SEO - Acuren's website was (is) in dire need of SEO optimization. Our package with WEBFX includes several optimizations each month, and the team works on them proactively and in the background. They are also available for any one-off projects, any questions, or any strategy talk.
2. Paid Media - We utlize WebFX primarily for PPC, but they also do display and social for us as well. Our PPC metrics have only improved MoM since bringing them on board.
3. Website development/optimization - We have an in-house web manager who is capable of development, but we have utlized WebFX for more in-depth projects, such as redesigning our main navigation and homepage.

Our main goal for FY 2024 is to increase our leads 25% YoY.

I have been working with WEbFx in some capacity for many many years.  Our first company was using Roadside Multimedia and we switched from their services to WebFx sometime around 2015 when we were not satisfied with their SEO support.  
WebFX was hired to build the site, optimize content, and "level the playing field" online.  We were a speciality dental practice and we wanted to created a feeling to the site that conveyed that we were different.  Katy was the team member who worked with us on all aspects of design, development, and optimization.  This included Blogs, Video, contact pages, review pages, google ads and photo gallery. 

In 2019, I again hired WebFx to building a web presence for our second office.  This was a very different dental office as had specific needs.  It was a start up and had no web presence at all.  WebFx built us a site and got us up and running. This was a smaller office and the focus would be more organic search results as opposed to the wider reach of the other office.
I believe the success of this website was driven by Blog entries and pages that addressed potential patient's financial concerns.

• Monthly emails and review phone calls to highlight webiste growth, challenges and goals were very reliable.

One of the best things about working with WebFx is the sense of urgency with which changes, updates, and corrections are addressed.  Large changes are scheduled, however, when I found spelling errors or format errors, they were fix with a phone call.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I stayed with WebFX all these years because while it is a big company, I never got the corporate feel.  The team members I have worked with have always been very personable and friendly.  There is nothing more comforting than having the freedom to brainstorm without hearing  a sales pitch or corporate policy read to you at the conclusion.  WEbFx delivers very personalized service.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WebFX could have done differently?

My experiences with WebFX have been fantastic!  Through the years I have work with Katy, Carly and Megan. Katy and Carly were both very professional, measured, and a pleasure to work and meet with (vitually or on the phone).

Our current associate, Megan, is very sweet, however, I do believe she was not best suited to work with a client with long standing experience with WebFx and website developement and SEO.  She speaks VERY quickly and when we spoke, I often wondered if she was listening.  Because of this, I believe my engagment with her was limited as I did not really enjoy our meetings or conversations.  
Our primary source of communication was email, which is OK, but not optimal.  I believe with some training, Megan can be a superstar, however, she was not best suited for my office and regretfully, some of our investment was wasted do to lack of engagment on my part.
