Our initial discussions began with website redesign. WebFx asked us probing questions to find out our wants and needs. They proposed design ideas including trending features and ideas that make our website stand out more in comparison to our competitors. Once our website was active, WebFX created an SEO campaign to increase organic Calls, Contact Forms, Increase Club Signups, Increase Organic Traffic, Ongoing Monthly Optimization including competitor research, monitor and improve rankings, development of site authority and ongoing link building.

They assigned an Internet Marketing Analyst who schedules recurring monthly calls and discusses the status of campaigns , month over month and year over year reports, and address any needs or questions that I may have.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since the first completed month over month report, our SEO ranking has increased considerably. Shortly after 3 months into the SEO internet marketing campaign, our company ranked close to %100 for search term key words. Our contact forms increased due to more traffic going to our website. Results like this is an example of how WebEx exceeds our expectations.

They are always quick to respond, they communicate effectively without using too much jargon, anything that I may not understand is easily explained. They check back for understanding, consistently follow-up with conversations, and meetings and deadlines are always on time.

We needed an E-Commerce marketing partner that would be able to work in conjunction with our email and social campaigns that we run in house. Our goals are to always have a minimum of 10:1 ROI so we hired them for SEO and Maps Optimization along with PPC.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have been working with them for years mainly because of their results and low costs, but we always welcome competition to reach out. Every chance we gave a competitor to look into the job that WebFX has been doing, they respond with positive feedback. Then it comes down to if they can do a better job, which they cannot guarantee, and price. We have had very few that will beat their price and if it is lower, it's only a few percentage points. Not worth changing when you have someone you already trust.

Blog posts, backlinks, responding to reviews, and fully managing our Adwords campaigns on Google and Bing are just a few pieces to our endless marketing puzzle. Communication is a breeze through their basecamp style platform. We always know what they need responses to and how are campaigns are doing.

I have worked with Andrea Lewis and Cheyenne Ford (Internet Marketing Consultants) as well as Katie Hiduk (Social Media Account Specialist). I cannot recommend them enough and consider them a part of our team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our last two years with multiple clients, were our best on record. Pandemic helped drive increased search volume yes but due to our constant attention on SEO and getting in the right places, we were ready for the influx of traffic and sales. Now we have new customers that we can focus on becoming returning customers through other ad campaigns.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It is as if they are a part of our team. They are so easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication is second to none. I have worked with a lot of marketing companies over the decade I have been in the industry and no one has been more upfront on campaigns then WebFX.

I have been asked this question many times over the years and it's always the same answer. I do not know how they can improve. They are top of the line.

We rely on WebFX to research keywords and write content related to popular search terms. For instance, they noticed a high number of searches for how to taste red wine or searches for which wine to pair with a certain dish. WebFX writes relevant content and boosts it to drive traffic. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our results from each campaign have improved each year we’ve worked together. We took a big hit in 2016 because spirits could no longer be shipped, but WebFX managed to grow our revenue nonetheless. From 2017 to 2018, they reached a 20-to-1 ROI for our PPC campaign, helping us jump from $974,000 in revenue to $1.485 million. During that same period, our SEO revenue grew from $764,000 to $946,000. All told, that’s about a $700,000 increase from two campaigns in one year.

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

We use a tool similar to Basecamp to communicate and track all of our activity. Their communication is second-to-none. I never have questions about what they’re doing or how successful the campaigns are because they provide me with reports before I ask for them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate their attention to detail more than anything. Some customers might complain that they don’t know how effective their advertising is. Because of WebFX’s diligence, I know the effectiveness of every dollar I spend. I know what our ROI is for SEO and PPC at all times.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they have not underperformed in any way.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

When I first started, I had a preference for another SEO company, but WebFX asked me to trust them. I can only recommend that other clients do the same. It’s also important to be attentive to their reports. The more information and feedback you can give them, the more successful the campaign will be.

The team at WebFX built a specific timeline of goals and deliverables for our website and SEO. This included fixing broken elements and updating the site to meet industry standards. Additionally, the team did a full audit of our Google Ads campaign to find what was working, what needed slight modifying, and what needed to be completely rebuilt.

I’ve worked with 4-5 team members/teams. My account manager get Carolyn, her supervisor, my client success manager, the website editing team, and the SEO team Carolyn reached out to for questions.

My goal for WebFX was to hit 150 leads per month. Prior to WebFX I was managing all the marketing efforts myself and our leads ranged between 120-150 per month. Since bringing them on, we have averaged more than 150 leads per month and just this month we had more than 200 leads for the first time!

Additionally, I tasked them with speeding up our website. It had a slow load speed due to our desire to geolocate our website to show local phone numbers. Their team suggested a change where the site loads without geolocation first, and then after loading, in the background the geolocation runs and updates the needed information to local content. This has significantly sped up our site and I’m very happy with that suggestions.

I’m very happy with the workflow and communication. WebFX and our account manager feel like an extension of our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I’m very impressed with our account manager's ability to get up to speed on our specific services and niche business. It’s a very specific service with several nuances, but she caught on so fast, which made a big difference in how quickly we saw results.

I’m very happy with everything after 7 months of services.

The rebrand of our website was seamless. Our website traffic is up by 70% and the refreshed design now accurately reflects our brand.

The project manager was easy to work with and the designers worked very quickly. Communication was very simple and was done via zoom and phone and if needed, although most was done through Slack. All of our deadlines were met.

They came recommended to me within my network and after visiting their website I scheduled a consultation. Their pricing is listed on the website for most of their services which I found to be a great help when deciding.

We had an initial consultation to discuss goals. Once a proposal was signed, we were assigned an account rep which is when the work began. WebFX does their homework and prepares for meetings which I appreciate. A priority list was created on how we could improve our website and hours were used per month to tackle those elements. Early on there was a weekly meeting to go through deliverables which shifted to monthly once after the initial phases.

We have one main point of contact for SEO which I love. Our account rep, Shannon, is an excellent communicator and explains the "why" behind certain tactics so we can better understand their importance. We have seen our SEO sessions triple from the start of the project. This was accomplished through several methods with WebFX helped us fix analytics, meta/title tags, and added additional content various site pages to help consumers find us.

Communication has been excellent. Meetings have a purpose and that is always communicated in advance. Their web platform and dashboard houses so many tools and it is easy to use.

We built the site from scratch. Took us some time to see the results but we received over 20x more traffic and climbed up the domain authority, from the 30s to 55. This is a massive achievement!

We handle everything through our account manager Cheyenne. She is phenomenal. She will email us, as well as update our management software with anything we may need. The time frame was shaky at first ,however once our scheduling got ironed out we have had no complaints.

Our account manager. We've never had an account manager who has cared and showed more devotion than Cheyenne.

It has since been corrected, but the only complaint we have ever had is that work got so booked we were sometimes left waiting.

We had compared a couple different vendors, and WebFX dazzled all involved. Their services and results appeared to be unique and valuable.

Our website was assessed, WebFX team (Clayton Trout) worked closely with our own web host/dev, while at the same time was working with our doctors to obtain search terms that were specific to our own practice and location. That data was eventually integrated into our website and new pages and content. Analytics were transparent and explained the entire way through. As well, Raeann Walquist started a Facebook ad campaign on our behalf. Both projects have yielded excellent results and significant traffic increases to our website, and ultimately, our practice.

We worked with a few techs at the beginning to help give access to our sites, but throughout, we have mostly worked with Clayton Trout, who has been an integral asset to the success of improving our SEO results. Raeann Walquist leads our social media campaigns, and is also wonderful. Both team members are always super courteous, helpful, and provide just the right amount of communication.

The SEO improvement projects, as well as the social media campaigns, have been very successful (over 100% increases in traffic to our sites)

Both reps are very communicative. Towards the beginning, there were meetings probably weekly, maybe a bit more. But at this point, we meet monthly. Reporting is always communicated to us timely, and explained.

This type of company is the first I have had the pleasure to work with and the results have been amazing. As mentioned, one of the best aspects of working with WebFX is the team members and their willingness to help.

Honestly, nothing I can think of. I would recommend WebFX to any other similar company of our size and type.

I have used them for a client in the past and they are very organized and on the ball. I can always count on them to communicate and keep records.

We began by taking a look at the basics. We reviewed low-hanging fruit, things that needed to be fixed, and keywords we should target. We already had a handful of ideas in place, but they added to that. We blended our strategies together and started chipping away at tasks fairly quickly.

A large portion of our monthly budget is used on content creation, backlink building, and optimization. They have been extremely flexible on where and when hours should be used - we've even requested a few side projects they appear to be able to handle.

I work with primarily the internet markets (account manager). She manages everyone on their side, and I rarely have to do anything outside of reviewing items on my end.

We are still early in the campaign, but I've been more pleased with the work done the results gathered yet. Links built have been great, the content returned has been well written - I expect we will see increases in traffic/leads over time.

WebFX uses an internal project management system. They keep everything very detailed and mapped out in this platform. This is a pro/con for me. I like to be able to see everything in one place -but if you are at all tied to your own system like Asana, you may find it hard to keep up with everything they are completing unless you ask for a monthly breakdown.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their organization-level and ability to flex in and out of plans. Ultimately, they really want us to succeed, so they are willing to do work outside the original scope. They will involve other parties and departments in their team if needed.
