The WideLab team was very flexible in using our communication and tracking methods. We used Slack, Trello, Loom, and Zoom to meet, communicate, and track progress. Their team is very responsive, professional, and transparent about timelines.

In some cases, we could have better communicated our needs, which could have saved us a few iterations. In addition, companies who consider working with WideLab for branding or product design they're excellent in execution but less so in strategy.
