I handle marketing and graphic design for an Australian baby feeding brand.

For what projects/services did your company hire WillShall: Redefining Technology?

We needed the design, development, and maintenance of our website on Adobe Catalyst as well as WooCommerce integration and maintenance. We also had to develop a version of the site for China.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted our site to have e-commerce capabilities, a responsive design, custom fonts, and optimization.

How did you select this vendor?

My company was already working with WillShall when I came on board.

Describe the project in detail.

When I started my position in the company, we were switching to WooCommerce. WillShall was responsible for redirecting URLs, setting up the hosting, integrating custom fonts, adding our shipping methods, maintaining our SEO and e-commerce settings, updating our theme and plug-ins/theme, and giving us advice.

What was the team composition?

I liaise with Manoj, one of their managing partners, but have worked with the entire team through Trello.

What outcomes or results can you share that demonstrate progress and/or success?

Our website looks and works great!

How effective was the project management?

They stayed within deadlines and were very responsive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We haven't had a task that they can’t do. Their communication is also great.

What tips or recommendations do you have?

Our only issue has been managing the time zone difference from Australia, but it’s really up to us to organize and communicate better on both sides.

I’m the IT director of Powerful Vision Limited. Our company owns Illuminated Mirrors, which is home to the most extensive collection of Hollywood makeup mirrors, bathroom mirrors, and bathroom cabinets in the world.

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best buying experience on our website.

WillShall was responsible for most of the design and development work on our website. They continue to do customized solutions for our shopping cart module based on the requirements we’ve given.

We’re working with a project manager, two designers, two developers, and a product level assistant.

We’ve been happy with the output we’ve received so far.
