Although our project is still ongoing, we’re very satisfied with the progress so far, especially with the new website design. The updated look and improved UX already represent a significant step forward for our brand and how we present our customized travel services. We’ve received positive feedback from people who have seen our new website. The updated design has been well received and reflects a more modern and professional image of our customized travel services.

The site was developed in WordPress with WooCommerce, including a custom booking system with automatic pricing, myPOS online payments integration, inquiry forms, email notifications, SEO setup, testing, and full launch support.

Workspace took care of the full design and development of our platform, from early planning to launch.

They built the public booking website where users can search, compare, and book yachts and catamarans online, with real time availability, clear pricing, and online payments. They also delivered a custom admin dashboard for managing the fleet, availability, reservations, and customer inquiries, with integrations to MMK, NauSYS, and Stripe.

The final deliverables included the booking platform, admin system, third party integrations, and a live production setup ready for growth.

The platform launched with a fully functional end to end booking flow, allowing customers to complete reservations online instead of through manual inquiries. Internal booking and fleet management time was significantly reduced thanks to the centralized admin system, and the team gained real time visibility into availability, pricing, and reservations. The platform is now ready to scale marketing and sales with a conversion focused booking experience in place.

What impressed us most was their deep understanding of the charter business and how booking platforms need to work in practice. They already knew the workflows, constraints, and integrations typical for the charter industry, which saved a lot of time and back and forth. On top of that, they acted as a true one stop shop, covering product strategy, design, development, integrations, and launch, which made the whole collaboration smooth and efficient.

Overall, the collaboration went very smoothly and we were happy with the outcome. If anything, the only improvement would be on our side, locking certain inputs slightly earlier would reduce last-minute iterations. They now provide ongoing maintenance for us and are currently developing a new booking flow to make the customer journey even smoother.

Honestly, we’ve been really happy with everything so far. We were searching for more user centric design with easilly explained offerings for different client groups (e.g researchers, SMEs, startups). We also wanted to have add-ons for the newsletter registration and receiving clinets inquires for the services and events. Ivan was of a great help, very professional and efficent and always able to suggest solution that fits our limited budget but also aims in delivering fully changed website with all we have planned. His support also continued after we kicked-off new website and he was very supportive and agile in implementing changes after we startet using the website. Overall, very good collaboration. I would highly recommend Workspace!
