Very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to communicate with. I was extremely satisfied with how my website came out. He attended to my needs and was easy to get ahold of and communicate with. I recommend hiring them for any work that needs to be done on your website. He helped me to understand marketing for my website and helped me to just have a better understanding with everything involved with my website. I highly recommend 👌

The communication that he had with easy, responded quickly and got my website up and running faster with more customer traffic to my website. He went upbove and beyond to help me understand my website, marketing strategies and even helped design a new logo

I’m the owner of an upholstery business for cars, motorcycles, boats, planes, and others.

What challenge were you trying to address with WPDriven?

I wanted to migrate my website from GoDaddy to Shopify.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

WPDriven developed the website based on how I described what I wanted. I highlighted how I wanted things to be laid out, but they had some contributions to the website’s design, too. Nonetheless, the majority of the decisions were directed by me. Apart from that, they also worked on the website’s social media integration. 

What is the team composition?

Their owner was the only person that worked with me. 

How did you come to work with WPDriven?

I made a Facebook post, and WPDriven reached out to me. We jumped on a phone call and discussed what they could do for what price. They sent over a proposal, which I approved; we went to work from there. 

How much have you invested with them?

I invested around $500. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The project happened in December 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Shopify proved more capable than GoDaddy, so it streamlined our processes. Moreover, the website looked good and functioned well — it ultimately produced sales for us. 

How did WPDriven perform from a project management standpoint?

We had a pleasant experience. WPDriven quickly responded to my questions and anything I threw at them. If they weren’t sure how to do what I wanted, they’d tell me and figure out how to do what I wanted. To communicate, we used Facebook Messenger; we sent files back and forth through emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Ultimately, I got what I wanted. They never told me something couldn’t be done — their answers were either “okay” or “we’ll figure it out”. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any.  It was a pleasant experience working with them overall.

Be aware of what you want to get. Have an idea of what your project is supposed to look like in your head.

I was looking to get more bookings and clients through a website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WPDriven designed and developed my website from scratch, and they also got me the domain. In it, clients can see images of our portfolio and book appointments with us.

I worked directly with one person from WPDriven.

How did you come to work with WPDriven?

When I was looking for a vendor, I found that WPDriven offered great communication and was willing to do everything I asked for on my site.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent around £450–£500 (approximately $520–$580 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

WPDriven built our website in August 2022; it was a very quick process. Now, they offer hosting and maintenance.

I’m very happy with the website that WPDriven delivered; they did everything I asked for. The design, layout, and fonts used are really good, and the site runs very well.

How did WPDriven perform from a project management standpoint?

WPDriven communicated with me very well throughout the project. They provided me with updates whenever I needed them, and they delivered everything on time. We communicated through Facebook.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The website itself stands out from others, which speaks about the quality of WPDriven’s work. Additionally, their team is really professional and works very fast, so I would definitely recommend them to other people.

Jake was the absolute best. We sent him hundreds of emails, multiple on the weekends and outside of work hours, and Jake always promptly replied. Everything was done in a timely manner and Jake was able to answer all of our questions and requests.
