Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the co-founder of Aqualumi, and we are a swimming pool company. We provide accessories for swimming pools such as lights and other installed materials.

What challenge were you trying to address with WRGB Communication?

We have worked with their team since we started the company to develop our branding collateral and website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed all of the materials we have used for our business including the logo, branding guide, and advertising copy and images. After that, they built our website from the ground up, and they are currently working with us to integrate e-commerce capabilities using Mercado Libre.

What was the team composition?

My main point of contact for all of the work is Wendel (Owner). We have known each other or a long time, so all of my communication flows through him.

How did you come to work with WRGB Communication?

It can be very difficult for small businesses to find providers that understand the challenges small business owners face on a regular basis. When we came across WRGB, they immediately impressed us with the fairness of their price and the professionalism and empathy with which they talked to us, so we decided to give them a try.

How much have you invested with them?

For the initial web development, we spent about R$5,000, and since then have spent around R$3,000 more on upgrades, so around R$8,000 (approximately $1,600 USD) in total.

What is the status of this engagement?

The partnership started in 2014 and is still continuing to this day.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When we first started working together, we didn’t have a very strong name in the marketplace, but we were able to gain business because of the previous owner of the company. The WRGB Communication team was able to help us establish a presence with the name of the company alone, to the point where people will now recognize our products online. That is where we are currently transitioning into the e-commerce phase of the collaboration.

How did WRGB Communication perform from a project management standpoint?

Wendel has a very detailed understanding of my business, so I am able to come to him with any questions or requests that I have and know that they will be able to take care of it. They have been responsive to all of our messages and proactive in letting us know about all of the progress they are making toward our milestones.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I think their brainstorming sessions with us have been especially helpful. Their team’s creativity is a huge asset to our work and has brought in a lot of ideas that we have been able to implement to our benefit, both in terms of materials and our allocation of the budget.

Are there any areas they could improve?

So far, everything has been great, so I don’t have any complaints.

I’m the founder of Soul Bilngue, an NGO in Brazil that supports people from low-income communities. We help people explore the world, gain international experiences, and secure job opportunities. By teaching people English, we can connect them with others from all around the globe.

Wendell (Creative Director) developed our website.

What is the team composition?

I’m in contact with Wendell (Creative Director). I’m not in touch with anyone else on the team.

How did you come to work with RGB Brazil?

We have a group of about 80 volunteers from many parts of the world, and Wendell is one of them. He originally found us online and started to work with us as a mentor.

Later, he told me that he had a communication company and could help with our website. Our goal was to reach more people with our digital presence.

How much have you invested with them?

Wendell volunteered his services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2019, and the work is ongoing.

The site quality is good. People can now search for our projects online, which has helped a lot. We have many people that support our organization.

How did RGB Brazil perform from a project management standpoint?

He’s professional, very proactive, and helpful. He has good English skills, too.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The structure of the website is good. He has good insight into how we could create web pages.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t have anything to say. He’s good at his job.

I’m a communications manager at a tourism agency.

What challenges were you trying to address RGB Brazil?

We hired them to redesign our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We wanted to improve our visitors’ experience and the site's functionalities. It took so long to load that many of our visitors would leave the site. RGB Brazil was in charge of updating the site to solve that problem. They moved us from a WordPress platform to a new one. 

The team also worked to improve the site’s SEO performance.

What is the team composition?

I worked directly with the company’s manager.

How did you come to work with RGB Brazil?

We heard about a portal of services they’re building for Brazilians living in Panama. We really liked their portfolio and the work featured on their website, so we decided to move forward with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in September 2019 and continue working together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their services are great. RGB Brazil is very fast, and they deliver everything in a timely manner. Their prices are fair, and they have an excellent ability to understand their clients. We’ve had a fantastic experience so far. 

How did RGB Brazil perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve been in constant communication. We use a drive, in which we share all materials for the project, and I have always felt safe and comfortable sharing my information with them. It’s all gone quite well. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

RGB Brazil has great customer service.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing that comes to mind.
