The team has implemented the system in Webflow and leveraged Zapier. xVS Creations has also helped us with updates to the Civics Credentialing System, including fixing some issues with a catalog. The team has helped us with brand design as well.

Best part and outcomes with Xvs Creations is that ,whatever you want in the design as per your thought process, they use to listen and implement alomost same in the design which i liked most with the xvs creations. Whenever i found any design or have any idea in mind to create any random design ,they did it super efficiently well within the time limit.

I was in touch with the team and it was as much easier to work as i use to left the watsapp message at late night about next day work , and they use to pick it up from their with ready design. So i never felt to take followup or to call again and again to get any particular work done .

They even know the priority of the requirement ,accordingly they delivered. Even if we required at the last moment at mid night any design , they delivered with their best design. So workflow with our and their team was well coordinated and outcome at best.

Best and unique part about this company is their calm composed delivery in pressure with the best design. Even if you have lesser time and if you want to get the design to just get it, they always delivered best in the minimum time.

Complete team of xvs creations lead by Mr Sanjeev is already a creative man and they don't need my suggestion for improvement. I think they use to upgrade them self time to time.

This particular project was a mix of motion and still medias production. We needed to target different audience in different sector on different platforms. There versatility had been really helpful. We needed certain explainer and teaser videos along with printable designs.

From the beginning there was Sanjeev who communicated most of the things and then his designer got involved to create draft material. He also worked on the story boards. Then they brought animation team on board to work on this project. In all we had 4 people from their side and two from our side.

Once our brochures and catalogs got printed we had very positive feedback from our client. they loved the work and offered some other printable material to get designed on other products as well.

Work flow was good in between both the teams at certain point we felt the need of someone who can keep an regular eye on overall project given the different types of designing work going on. It was too much to handle at some point because of the strict timeline.

Their ability to handle work. We throw more work at them what have been anticipated but they quickly handled quit well after few days. The quality of the work delivered was impressive.

They could work on strengthening their team so that are able to work in more tight timelines. Scaling up is necessary cause of the dynamic nature of our business.

With every event we handle, many things have to be taken care of in branding and marketing. Projecting clear agenda to our audience is important and thus we work on every aspect where our clients could interact I.e (website, small and big print media.)

Very effective I would say, we were in touch with every key person handling different things and If there was any issue needed to be addressed Sanjeev was always there. Overall synchronization was good between both teams.

Yes, people liked the way the designs have come through. In my team, people appreciated the work. In the events, the designs really gelled with the overall theme.

It was effective, majorly we exchange files over emails and for a short briefing, the phone call was enough. Whenever the need arose they came in for a proper discussion.
