For what projects/services did your company hire Zcodeo LLP, and what were your goals?

We wanted to develop a mobile app and its web version for our users to access our content from their phones. Our startup project was to develop such a mobile application and its web version to help people repair their houses and apartments, as well as restore their individual parts very quickly, cheaply and simply.

I was recommended this company as very competent in the design and development field. They've proven themselves well in past projects as a reliable and high-quality company.

We had a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. First of all they have done research and provided wireframes and designs. Within 2 weeks, they delivered the first round of the IOS app. And it was soo perfect! To sum up, they finished project at the time deadlines.

One project manager, two or three UX/UI designers and backend developers.

I'm the CEO of MetaLinks Software; we're a technology development company. We provide web development solutions, mobile application development, custom software services, digital marketing services, SEO, social media, IoT, and cloud-based solutions.

What challenge were you trying to address with Zcodeo LLP?

We needed to develop a healthcare software solution based on mobile and web technology.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zcodeo LLP has developed 5–6 solutions for us from scratch, including a hospital information system, a patient portal, an M-health solution, a hospital management software, and a pharmacy management solution.

They developed the mobile application for both iOS and Android. For the mobile application, they used Flutter and React Native. For the web platform, they used Angular in the frontend and Node.js in the backend.

Regarding the database, they used MongoDB. For the server side, they used AWS, and for the desktop application, they used Java and MySQL. In addition, they used HIPPA compliance, which is important for healthcare solutions.

Currently, they provide ongoing support.

What is the team composition?

We've been working with 30–35 people in total — each project had around five members. Our main contact points are their CTO, CEO, project manager, and one of their founders.

How did you come to work with Zcodeo LLP?

I found them through an online search. I explored about 5,200 companies, but Zcodeo was the most qualified to develop our healthcare solutions at an affordable price.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we've spent $100,000–$200,000 with them.

We started working together in November 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

Currently, we have about 10,000 plus installations and 9,000 paid customers on our solutions.

How did Zcodeo LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

They meet our deadlines with a properly planned project management system. Regarding tools, we use Trello and Basecamp, Skype, and Google Meet for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their technical skills and communication methods are their most outstanding attributes.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on.
