Zest Creations started by taking charge of our Google Ads and Facebook Ads interfaces. They create and manage ads and then measure the results. They also test headlines and keywords. They regularly add or remove details in an effort to improve conversion rates.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’re very pleased with the results. Our sales and ROAS have increased since the engagement began. We’ve seen an increase in sales on the PPC side of around 35% and they doubled our ROAS. At the same time, they’ve reduced our costs by 30% without affecting performance.

Their workflow is great. The team is so knowledgeable and has strong communication skills. They produce detailed reports of the results achieved, and have a scheduled call once per week. Zest Creations is quite flexible about having unscheduled calls whenever we have questions or concerns. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They understand our campaign and are easy to work with. Zest Creations wants to get the results that are right for us instead of applying a one-size-fits-all solution.

I’m the marketing and PR manager for an HR recruiting company located in Poland. I help oversee our marketing technology and customer relationship management software.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They help create and develop pages for our website and manage our social media, including Facebook and Google Plus. They also handle our digital content marketing. We meet every few weeks to touch base about how the advertising and jointly make changes to the strategy, which our in-house staff implements. Aside from that, they’ve helped us improve our public website by adding content and improving SEO.

I reviewed several companies that offered digital marketing solutions and scored them based on how well they understood our brief. Zest Creations did the best job, so we decided to hire them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They helped us optimize our digital ad campaigns and reduced our cost per acquisition by 25–30 percent for our Facebook buys. They also improved our conversion rate on those ads—about 12 percent of our recruited employees came from them last quarter and we only expected to yield five percent of recruits this way. They’ve done a great job of optimizing our content so we get quality leads.

How did Zest Creations perform from a project management standpoint?

We meet in person at least once a month and have phone conferences any other time we need to get in touch. They’re always active and respond right away when we need them. They’re also very flexible in terms of adjusting to our deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve done a great job of establishing and optimizing our digital campaigns. Their expertise is shown by how much our results exceeded expectations. There’s a big difference between them and other vendors I’ve worked with in the past. They strategize effectively to configure campaigns, analyze the results well, and implement changes quickly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re very focused on social media and AdWords, but maybe they could improve their techniques for websites and remarketing.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Provide them with a good brief at the outset of the project and meet face-to-face to analyze the data as you make strategic decisions. It’s not enough just to read the reports and assign them tasks based on that. Having real conversation will lead to the insights necessary to react quickly and update strategy.

I’m the co-founder and CEO of BS Group or BallSquad. Our startup is a marketplace between sports venues and users. We created a platform/app for users that enables access to all the places to play sports centralized in one tool. They can search and book fields online and connect to other players to practice with.

What was the scope of their involvement?

From the beginning, they’ve helped us to create brand awareness so people know who we are and what we do and develop a strategy to target and acquire the desired market. They help us a great deal; it’s like having a marketing team. They run our social media ads. They prepare the strategy, run the campaigns, and adapt them in response to the outcome. As soon as they see things aren’t going as hoped, they try another strategy or change the graphics, materials, or videos. They scale up the strategy if needed. This is great for our team because we don’t have to worry about what strategy to apply.

How did you come to work with Zest Creations?

I knew Karol (CEO/Founder, Zest Creations) for quite some time when he worked in the marketing department for a big company. When they opened their agency, I tried them out, and it was a good collaboration. We didn’t look elsewhere for this project. We knew what they were able to do and the commitment that they had.

We’re a small structure with limited finances. We wanted to make sure the money we invested in our ads and marketing incentives was well spent and that they would give it the same focus as they’d give to a bigger company with a bigger budget. That’s what Zest Creations offers. I know they’re committed to getting results. They know if we’re happy with it, we’ll be back.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to Zest Creations, we created a name for ourselves. Their targeting efforts were great. When we interacted with local sports leagues or groups, they already knew our name because they saw our ads on social media. That’s exactly what we expected. We succeeded in getting two new contracts. They targeted so well that the owner of those two venues had the ad in front of him so he contacted us directly instead of us calling or emailing the leagues. We’ve had great results. We weren’t expecting that much. In terms of user acquisition, the ROI is good.

How did Zest Creations perform from a project management standpoint?

When I send them an email, I get an answer within the hour, which enables us to be flexible in our work. We use mostly email or Hangouts for quick, direct contact or for video conferences. We didn’t feel the need to set up a management tool between us because the strategy and what we wanted to achieve was clear. Our communication methods have been efficient.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re extremely committed and that has a real impact on us. They’re remarkably flexible. They understand if we’re happy with the job, they’ll get a larger benefit out of it. They deliver their work first, and then we talk about invoicing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need to have more people. They work a lot, and it’s overwhelming because we’re not their only clients. They could definitely use more help to have things more structured.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Get on a call or video call with them and listen to how they want to help you. They know what they’re doing. They know their market. They know their tools. They like what they do and they are experts in their field. It’s fruitful to work with them.

Since beginning the project with Zest Creations, our e-book sales have increased by 30%. We’ve also seen a significant increase in traffic and conversions on the site. Thanks in part to their work, we’ve collected 30 high-quality leads from LinkedIn and Facebook and have been able to sell more of our services.

They've helped us generate over 1,500 leads. Our industry has a long sales cycle. They've been able to consistently fill our pipeline with leads every month. We’ve seen a 1% conversion rate, which is great for our industry.

They're receptive, easy to work with, and very good with communication. They use Salesforce, and we use Pardot, but they’re amenable to using whatever system that we prefer. After about a month, they were more knowledgeable in Pardot than our marketing staff.

A key strength is their ability to deliver results regardless of the industry or subject area. They’d never worked in gym management, but now they're quite well versed in the subject. Their flexibility and communication skills are what allows them to adapt their business practices to any industry.

They assisted us with everything from social media strategy to creating posts tailored for each audience, as well as the graphic design. Their ideas are fantastic, they are highly organized, and their reporting has truly impressed us. A team of professionals.
