We saw exponential organic search growth over the course of 1 quarter. After a few short months of onboarding and keyword research, the following quarter saw 78% increase in monthly web traffic thanks to Zupo's content recommendations and keyword optimization. We also saw multiple keywords land on the first page of Google within 1 quarter and anticipate more to come!

We selected Zupo after having members of our executive team interview and review Zupo. Zupo was asked to help build our SEO program, which until meeting, had been nonexistent. Though we had a robust website, it had not been optimized. Zupo came in and worked on the page by page optimizations and then furthered their work with a content strategy. They identified content gaps and opportunities for us to pursue. 

They’ve consistently provided insights and reporting into our organic performance and have also helped our company push new initiatives and business departments.

It’s nice to have strategies and tactics be able to adjust depending on the reality of the situation.

There was concern that we were pushing too much or asking to adjust things too far, but we’ve always come out with better results and goals met.

Since our time working together, we're ranked on the 1st page for several search phrases. Even our most difficult pie-in-the-sky search team landed on the first page after our work together. The numbers for organic traffic, backlinks, media placements, prospect conversion, and organic sales have all gone up.

Communication with Zupo is spot on. Weekly I get an update from my account lead. Monthly, my account lead and I review my rankings and other progress, and quarterly, we review both progress and goals together with the agency owner.

Zupo is a team of real people doing great work. There is no pretense or the attitude of "we're the experts" in any way. They deliver on what they state they will, they are easy to talk to and explain things in a way that I can understand, they are patient with my questions and incredibly responsive.

I'd love to think of areas they could improve, but honestly, none come to mind. They delivered more than I expected, and it was money well spent.

They explain what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. Moreover, they handle information transfer well. My people have learned a lot regardless of whether the campaign went well or not. It’s been worth it.

They’re very good at meeting deadlines; it’s one of the reasons we went with them. They use an internal tool and provide us with an email report every two weeks.

Their competence and abilities are impressive. They invite you into the process rather than keeping you out and just paying them money. Overall, they do a great job of explaining what’s going on.

I selected this vendor based on communication skill, responsiveness, reputation amongst persons that I trust and that are current clients -- there was no real way to determine skill in comparison to others or find comparative results because they are not a one-trick, single industry shop

Our engagement started out with the determination of needs, explanation of the game plan to accomplish those needs, and then moved to implementation. I think for the foreseeable future, we will remain in the implementation phase. I have been pleased with the biweekly check-ins, constant comms when needed, and patience when I do not understand complex internet marketing concepts.

SEO takes time. However, SEO did not take time. I started on Sept 21, and I have made strides on to page 1 of Google, constantly in top 3 of Local Pack, and am receiving actual results. We also get leads on a daily basis that are attributable to this effort and spending. This is what I wanted when I hired them, so the outcome is more than expected.

Great communications and gentle but effective project management. They're always ready to help, and they have not missed any deadlines. They have always gone above and beyond for me.

The thing I have learned in marketing shopping is that companies often grow from small, humble beginnings to large shops that gobble clients. Jason and Zupo are not small and humble anymore. But they also are not gobbling me. I am treated like an individual and important client even though my spending budget is still humble.

They are growing, but I do not see glaring weakness or need for improvement right now. I am treated well, the cost is fair, the results are measurable and above what I expected. At what point should I start criticizing them? I do not yet see a basis.
