Products pages are easy to navigate, Customers can listen to the contents of our store when they are visually impaired through the audio setup by Addict2web on one of our stores. Sales have increased tremendously.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We worked with Addict2Web to redesign our collection pages to better reflect the brand, including more content that aligns with the content on channels driving users to the site. Our bounce rate dropped immediately by 10% per page and is continuing to improve. Users are staying on the page longer and engaging more.

It was a fairly straightforward project so we communicated very easily via email and scheduled video calls, as needed – to present updates and discuss functionality.

We encountered a couple minor bugs after our team made some last minute requests however the team fixed them very quickly

A number of factors were taken into consideration when choosing to work with Addict2Web. One was quality of work, which I had seen through the sample work of their previously completed projects. A second trait was communication - whether they were attentive, clear, consistent, and available. Last was their capacity level and turnaround time. All three factor I was pleased with by the end of the project.

The design of the website was provided through .psd files. Access provided to necessary platforms such as Shopify, and third party integrations like MailChimp. The task was to develop the desired design with desired user interaction. Additionally, Addict2Web did a great job with ensuring the site was fully responsive on multiple devices.

Working with Rohan and the team was a great experience. Everything they delivered was what we wanted and to our standard. Any problems were well communicated along the way, and provided with solutions.

I was migrating a client from a custom site to a Shopify site. I needed a developer to aid in adjusting certain elements of code to better customize the site per the client’s needs. So, Jignasa and her team completed a large list of smaller tasks including, getting rid of the “buy now” buttons on all bridal jewelry, getting rid of tags, auto-playing videos, shifting the footer from two columns to three, and many more tasks such as this.

The team consisted of myself and Jignasa. We played the liaison between both ends: myself for the client here in the States, and Jignasa with her team in India.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

This website is going to be amidst the first time this bridal jewelry company is launching into everyday-wear fine jewelry. So this could be an entirely new stream of revenue for the company, but it's too soon to tell.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I provided Jignasa with a clear and concise PDF list of all of the items we needed addressed with due dates attached. She crossed them off one by one, communicating along the way if there was an issue or if she needed more information. This method was extremely effective; so long as she had a clear list of to-do's and access to the platform, everything was streamlined. We also used Skype to communicate quick questions and information.

I was impressed by the consistent communication. That was my biggest concern initially being on different time zones, but Jignasa was over communicative and delivered!
