What specific goals or objectives did you hire Aleh to accomplish?

• Create a Website with theme and style
• Host and archive articles from writers as well as from an API service utilizing a database
• Create and implement an extensive custom application for the never been done variant of our fantasy game
• Secure the website with user log-in and provide 2 factor authentications
• Set up a NODE with a custom designed system on the ADA network
• Help walk us through the entire process since we have trouble sending emails. explaining each step and its relevance to the system.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We got a website, we got the website filled with articles and content, we launched our game on top of said website and plan on expanding in the future.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The management team has been our favorite part of Aleh. Integrity was more important to them than money; we built a relationship while building a website. They delivered items as expected after a big project involving lots of work. Some things went long, and they did their best to explain why and what was going on, as well as sections that should have taken a few weeks that were completed early. 

Communication was always available when I needed to get ahold of them, and they have been very patient with me, I am a person who is hard to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

When we first started looking around, we didn't know what to look for, we ran into a member of this team, and they helped us try and find the best fit for us. They introduced us to not only their team but other teams as well. We chose Aleh because at no time did they pressure us to go with them and just wanted the best fit for us. And that mindset was what we were looking for. A group of people who had our best interest in mind.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Aleh could have done differently?

Everyone Could improve in many ways, but when I think of this question, I feel that the mistakes that were made are what bonded us since we both came together to solve problems and did so without the blame. I only say that to state that I believe to be biased in this question; however, here is my answer: Having a regular meeting, not one when it's needed, but a regular meeting where it is already known that it's scheduled to catch up or touch bases would make those times when it's essential and stressful to go smoother. 

This also creates an opportunity to have sections where people can come and go providing a chance to talk about things that may not be comfortable, like changing the game plan or altering finances.

I am in a group chat with the entire team thats dedicated to my project as well as their project leads. Aside from timezone delays, everything Ive needed has been met within a timely manner.
