The team provided by applivity was able to understand the requirements and quickly converted the requirements into a working application. The quality of the code was good and the team was paying attention to details which was critical to our project.

The team was using Agile for development and the team managed to deliver items in time. They were also available as and when required for deployments and critical bug fixes. They would incorporate our feedback and continuously improve their development practices.

• Developed a mobile application and released it in the Apple app store. 
• Fixed multiple bugs and added new features over time. 

The application is used by building inspectors working in cities and counties to conduct the inspection, take pictures, and submit comments to the server. The contractors and staff users are able to see and track the inspection results.

The application was developed and released and can be seen in the App Store. The reviews are good, and Applivity is quick in resolving issues and adding additional features where required.

The resources assigned to us were responsive, and in most cases, the items were completed on time with the involvement of managements in both organizations. In some cases, when we had critical issues, the teams worked over the weekend and after working hours to resolve the bugs, which minimized the downtime for our clients.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The staff are good at solving problems and have support inside and outside the organization to resolve complex issues. Most of the engineers pay attention to details, and we were able to deploy a new version without a long QA process.

At times, there were communication issues as the engineers were not able to properly express their thoughts using email. Sometimes, it required us to have a virtual meeting to resolve the confusion.

The initial al scope was a basic application deployed on the Digital Ocean (Node, React) with a simple login feature/page for a single user/company with the ability for a user to import records and perform cashflow-related tasks. Since then the application has developed into a cash flow forecasting tool that allows users to plan their cashflow scenarios of multiple companies.

In the beginning, we had active project management from the Applivity team since our resource was junior. This was helpful l to ensure we were seeing progress and that our engineer had the support he needed to make decisions. We subsequently hired a product manager who has been project managing. Our engineer is responsive and motivated so delivery has been good.
