Building backend and frontend application to extract data from vehicles, enrich it and return driving score to customer.

Word of mouth. External consultant was involved on the selection

This cannot be answered by me in detail. In outline, back end is built to extract data from vehicles, enrich it with external sources and own algorithm and present outcomes in frontend and app.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within time and budget, backend was delivered. As an extra, frontend was delivered in the same time. The latter faster than previously planned.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Deployment of people. They were very involved and showed great commitment to completing the project successfully. Came up with their own input and were open to feedback.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Last phase project physical distance became a problem. Local commitment of people is important to sustain involvement.

Our clients give our mobility card to their employees to use for business and commute trips. However, they want to control what can be used by who and under what circumstances.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had good prior results with AppVenturez and they are really professional. They know our business and have proven to be trustworthy.

They developed and tested all stories of our product roadmap. We delivered the functional requirements. Golang, Postgress and AWS were used.

There are 4 people in the core team: 2 senior developers, 1 tester and a project manager. Project-wise extra developers are added.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to deliver the project in time, with good quality and little rework. They improve after every retro and scaling up goes smooth as they work new developers in before they start.

The project management was great. We've asked their project manager to take the scrum master role, so the whole team is aligned. Everyone is finishing their tasks in time and we are proactively informed of any impediment.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed by the way they made sure their new developers were properly integrated into the project. They work them in, make sure they know the project and codebase and can be productive from the start.

Unclear requests.

We finalized this vendor with tech specs and budget. Had series of brain stroming on idea and expected results. Blueprint of workflow was prepared. Screens UI finalzied and then we went for android and iOS dev, with web version.

Project was successful designed and developed. As us as company we pitched to market and app liked by customer. We have been in state of raising funds.

I researched online for several app developers. Appventurez came highly recommended, and their work speaks for itself. They immediately reached out to me and were eager to work with me.

My company is highly dependent on the application, so I needed to find a really good team to work with. The application provides news updates on the developments in drybulk shipping. Notifications to news stories pop up on the home screen and the user can directly access breaking news with regard to maritime trade and analysis.

What was the team composition?

There was a sales rep would walked me through the process and was very helpful. Additionally, there was a team of three people focused on my project. They communicated with me frequently and at all hours of the day/night. They were a pleasure to work with.

We are still developing the app, but getting towards the end. I know it will be well received.

Great workflow, open lines of communication. Really good team they have in place.

the ability to turn comments quickly without having to repeat instructions. The back and forth was essential to the success of the project

UI/UX design could be better, and testing could be more in-depth.
