We are growing our services, we wanted to expand our reach. We hired them to provide full-scale PPC Services to improve our lead generations and get traffic to our physical store.

We followed a referral and interviewed them along with 2 other companies. After hearing their proposal and price point, we felt their team was the best and perfect for this work.

Our engagement began with a phase and we laid out our goals. They helped us with keyword research and set a perfect budget for the PPC ads campaign. From there they made the Landing page, Headline 1, Headline 2, and Description. Their team is so good to bid on the right keywords and using separate keywords for different ads for the multiple keywords related to the PPC management project.

They assigned a project manager who distributed work amongst their team. There was 2 PPC specialist in communication with us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since implementing the PPC efforts, we get good leads for several keywords. Our Store customers are steadily growing too. Some visitors to our store told us that they found out about store and services online, which is a good sign.

They've been great at, managing our expectations and meeting deadlines. We mostly use emails to communicate, and they are always quick in responding and ready to implement changes. We have a monthly roundtable meeting with both of our teams for any big updates or for new products which we want to increase sales.

Their level of professionalism, knowledge, and priorities to complete work with perfections made them different and stand out in Industries. They put in a lot of due diligence before getting started, and it's ensured we've had a smooth project. Also, I really appreciate their follow through and willingness to deliver.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Driving more customers traffic and generating leads to my store and services and finding more appropriate ways to market my business.
